I showed her a dress on the rack and was asking about a similar one. Before I could even finish my sentence she snatched the dress back from me and said "see that how you mess up the clothes". I let it be. And continued shopping. Then me and my husband were looking at some clothes next to a stack of hangers. My 2 year old son grabbed ONE HANGER and she angrily said while snatching the stack away "might as well take these too!" Again I let it be. Then while I looked at 1 dress my son did try to climb on a glass rack. And she first nicely told him to get off and as soon as I saw I got him too. And she goes PLEASE PLEASE GET YO KID. Then my husband had had enough. And he said "ok let's just go" she said "please do!" And I said "you don't have to be so rude!" Then she goes off saying I need to get my kid and I'm like "ok I looked away for one second idk if you have kids-" and she goes I doo I say "well then you should know it happens but you don't have to be rude!" She says my husband saying let's go was being rude? Obviously we'd want to leave after not being welcomed. We go back and forth and I ask for her name. She refuses to give it to me so I go to her coworker she refuses as well giving me a bullshit excuse that's it's against policy. As a former Windsor employee worker I'm in SHOCK it's come this far down and this is how they pick managers.

You can't see clothes on there, just "inspo" or random outfits that people post on their social media which is then plastered on there that you probably won't even be able to find in-store. It's already bad enough that I have to physically go to the store just to see what they have, and often then not be disappointed since I often see clothes that are for middle aged Facebook moms or for 7 year Olds, and barely anything for teens that would be good to wear for recent trends or aesthetics. Out of curiosity, we brought the exact same bags to Plato's Closet beforehand. They offered us over $200 for everything. So clearly, the "condition" wasn't the issue.
