Will never shop here again aside from wall art. Everything I have purchased in "closed" boxes appearing to be new have either been broken upon opening or missing parts or used. This takes the cake of all the failed purchases I have made at this store. The box appears to be new. Taped closure like when you were to buy it new. Then I open it and this air mattress is foul with blood spatter all over it. Absolutely FOUL to sell merchandise with blood on it. I don't care if it was in a 14 bin, selling items like this is beyond disgusting. Be warned, just bc the box appears to be new, 100 percent does not mean you won't open it and find a crime scene on on it. I'm giving this place 5-stars because I personally scored some really great deals today. It's the day after Christmas (Dec 26) so the store seems a little scarce on items but I still managed to find the following in my size with tags on all: 1. MaxMara Leggings that are currently listed on Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom websites for $260 2. Free People shirt that I've been trying to find in Black forrreveerrr (retail $68) 3. All Saints Shirt (retail $78) 4. Nordstrom brand black top (retail $89) I bought 7 pieces of clothes today for a total of $78 which made the 35 minute drive from Plano well worth it. If you go this store expecting to find something specific, like the products that are advertised in the TikTok or Instagram videos, you're going to be super disappointed. However, if you come with time on your hands and are able to sort through the disorganization, I think you'll walk away pretty happy. The store seems to be a liquidation outlet for Nordstrom, Target, and IKEA. Lots of designer brand clothes but many of them do have slight imperfections and flaws. Not all of them though. None of the items I bought had anything wrong with them but I also spent 2 hours in the store scouring through everything. They have a ton of Target furniture but nothing that stood out to me as worth getting. Whew! That was a lot! Honestly, my first visit this Saturday was a bit overwhelming. Unfortunately, I had not read other reviews prior to my visit so I was not totally prepared. As others have mentioned, the entrance is a little confusing, but just stay to the left and you'll encounter the bins with discounted merchandise. A lot of it appears to be returns and discontinued items for Target. Several items looked like they were missing pieces or damaged so be mindful of that. The highlight of my visit was watching people clamoring over themselves for the special pallets announced over the loud speaker. It was crazy! The place was just a little too crowded and junky for me to enjoy shopping but I would definitely check them out if I was in the market for low cost furniture from Target. I have a whole place to furnish and at first I was overwhelmed n confused with all the boxes and things being half labeled but just ask an associate and they'll break down the pricing for you. Tips to make your trip a little easier 1.DOWNLOAD THE TARGET APP, best thing you can do to get through the stock. Scan the barcodes through the app that way you can see what's inside since pictures aren't provided for every item. 2.Wear something comfortable and go through the boxes. I found three dining chairs tucked away underneath so much stuff and more. 3. Friday-Sunday everything in the back is HALF off the red tag which is already heavily discounted on some items. 4. Definitely appeals to a certain clientele and I am not it! I admit I'm a "TikTok brought me here" person so when I arrived, I already had some reservations. The shell used to be Nordstrom but it was never that dark inside! It was REALLY confusing...it's definitely a warehouse/surplus freight shop so you need to dig around to find stuff. Every few minutes they brought out additional pallets which people gravitated towards & rummaged through like their life depended on it. The set up was confusing (to me) because it didn't seem like you could just walk around and browse. This place is a great find! I went on a $4 day which apparently is a good day to go but Fridays and Saturdays are the best for $14 days they bring out the big stuff. You can check out their Facebook page to see everything people have bought. I think it could be great for furnishing and decorating a home but other use it to resale. The only downside in my experience was you don't exactly know what your getting from a box. Most boxes are labeled with what it is or you can google the skew but then you don't know if all the pieces are in the box. In my case, the office chair I bought was missing the main piece to screw it all other. We're able to buy a replacement piece so it's still cheaper then buying it full price but definitely more work. You have 24hrs to exchange but I don't live close so that wasn't an option for me. The manager and all the staff were so sweet. Their happy to talk to you and give you tips on finding the best stuff. I'll be coming back again and again solo on the people. It is a bit confusing at first but the employees will help you if you just ask. They were all excited to help which is so rare. Before this location opened the one located in Arlington was the only quicklotz here in DFW. The hurst location is a 'mega center' and it really Is bigger compare to the one in Arlington. Located in the northeast mall where the Dillards use to be quicklots open up this location a few months ago. If you are not familiar with the store they pretty much buy overstock and unwanted freight merchandise and resell it to people like you and me. Most of the items are new, some are products that have been pulled from the shelves because new packaging was introduced or just items that did not sell well. The store has tables where the employees layout the items in whatever order, there is no organization so you really have to dig and dig and see if you find anything you might find useful. The other difference about this store compare to others who do liquidation sales is that everyday they have a different price for items on different days of the week. Example all items (except for the back VIP area) on a Monday are $4 no matter how big or small, the next day Tuesday all items (except the VIP area) are $3 no matter how big or small and so on and so forth. They are close on Thursday to restock and stuff and they reopen on Friday with the biggest selection of items in the week but it also is the most expensive day ($8 for any item in the week). YOu do find some really good stuff that is worth way more then what they are asking but some items in the VIP area are overpriced and then sold 'at a sales price' but in reality that sales price would be the regular price for that item at a regular retail store. If you look at the pictures i loaded you see side by side comparison of some of the things i found and what they would regularly go for online or at reg retail stores. This quicklots location has 2 entrances, one outside and one inside the mall. They do provide shopping carts for customers (which is nice because there's so many good things). Once you find the times you wanna buy you go to the counter where a employee will count how many items you got, then they will give you a piece of paper with the total amount of items you bought. After that you head to the register where you will pay with either card or cash. Pretty simple and straight forward. One time i went i noticed i should have been charged $4 but was charged $5 so i went the next day to tell them and luckily they were nice about it apologize and refunded me the difference. The store policy is no refunds but exchanges could be made before 24 hrs had elapse from date of purchase. The employees are mostly busy cleaning up the tables where the merchandise was or they work the register so don't bother asking them if they have xyz in the back or when they will restock abc back. Most of the items on the tables are inside bags or boxes that don't illustrate whats inside so a lot of people open it up only to leave the bag or box unopen so when the next person comes in all the contents fall out and makes it a mess. If you plan on coming please give yourself at least 3 hours to spend because you will get sucked in once you find something you find useful lol. I have found so many things that i seen online being sold here for a fraction. It really does pay off to spend some time digging through so i recommend you bring some gloves because something can poke you or spill on you. Eat before hand and keep track of time lol. I ended up spending $30 for a total of maybe 12 items but if i would have bought those 12 items online i would have easily spend close to $90. I did feel bad for spending 30 but then when i total how much i would have spent online i did not feel so bad haha. I had to stop myself from going on Wednesday, which is the cheapest day $2 but you get the left overs from the week and can get crowded. Friday is the most expensive day $8 i believe and it is also super crowded that day because you get the pick of the litter but I would suggest getting early with a stomach full of food because it will take you a while to get through check out. read more

Really bad customer service and terrible return policy. Bought something that was BROKEN beyond repair and should've never been on the sales floor to begin with because pieces were snapped in half with shards of wood sticking up which is very unsafe. I live 40+ miles away so decided to call to see if anything can be done and no answer, emailed them got no answer. Reached out on instagram and got ignored multiple times so I decided months later after having the time with 2 small kids to drive back and see if they can at least give me store credit. (I even had the receipt) they wouldn't even work with me in the SLIGHTEST. NO store credit, NO sorry, NO help just "our return policy is 24 hours" which I was NEVER told and the receipt sure as heck doesn't say that.... I don't even think that's what the policy was at the time. It probably is the new policy but isn't cool that they couldn't accommodate me with what the policy was when I purchased especially with such a small ask and so much proof that I tried reaching out before 24 hours was even up. They also failed to mention until I asked the cashier before leaving she said THEY JUST fixed the phone line a few weeks ago so how was I meant to talk to someone when they ignored all points of contact and had no working phone... I did enjoy coming here before realizing half the items are broken or missing pieces and you get no grace period or help when you find out after going home. Keep in mind you aren't allowed to open boxes before buying without asking an employee which they're hard to find so not like you can check if the item is in good condition before purchasing. Scam, scum, swindlers, fraudulent. Just a few words words to describe these honest people. How can a company afford to give such discounts on items? This chair that's over 200 dollars but they're willing to sell for 30 dollars?! Wow what a steal. You see though. Its a scam. A huge scam. And these people are the absolute worst because they bank on people with little understanding of English or overall just not too intelligent. Quicklotz is the used car salesman of the liquidation world. Let's use the chair I mentioned above. So before they BLOCKED me on Facebook. I saw they were advertising a broken chair for 80 bucks. (Had a missing support bar at the bottom and one was broken) so of course I made fun of them for that picture. I got an explanation of you get the screw for the broken support (no mention of the missing support) and since the tag that was on the chair was red that's an additional 50% everyday. And since it was in the back rooms that's it's another 25% ultimately leading this msrp 230 dollar chair to a mere 30 dollars. Now sounds great right? wrong. Paint chips and imperfections on the chair, broken and missing items on these chairs BUT quicklotz advertising was going off that 230 msrp price and acting like 30 dollars was a steal. Uh no. That's the correct price for broken garbage dude. Now let's talk about their scummy pricing tactics. So the chair was price at 80 dollars. But why? Since it was a red tag it apparently is 50% off everyday at any given moment? So why not just make it 40 dollars to be clear on the price in the first place? And then you get an additional 25 or 20% off that discounted price for it being an item in the back room. So it's 30 dollars after all these discounts are applied for everyone at any given moment throughout the week. So why on earth would a company start the price so high just to sell it to 30 dollars to any person? Oh that's right because they BANK on people who aren't that smart. My one time I've gone into this dump I noticed the main audience is minorities and I heard more non English than English. So it makes me concerned that those individuals are being taken advantage of by these scum quicklotz employees because of their lack of English understanding or just overall lack of intelligence and not being able to catch these sneaky pricing tactics. So not only are all their items incorrectly priced from the start, you have to make sure you are getting all the 'discounts' to pay the actual value of the shit that this place sells. Now let's talk about overall condition of the store! It's absolutely disgusting. There are these bins all throughout the store with just opened items, trash, and complete chaos. I doubt these bins have ever been cleaned. The trash cans in front of the department store entrance is over flowing and and pouring onto the ground. The store must have some 16 year old designer for the lighting since everything is dark, loud terrible music, and a led strip following the outer part of the ceiling. Typically green/ purple. So once you don't trip from the lack of lighting or actual garbage everywhere on the ground, you can finally start rummaging, yes rummaging, through their 'goods' which is nothing more than items in the wrong boxes or dollar tree heaven. The ceo Sam must must have a desire to make everyone act like Black Friday shopper for literal junk. Their Facebook pages are good at picturing only the items that are worth a damn such as strollers, ps5s, Dyson vacuums, and various items from Home Depot but those don't even make it past the opening of the store! All just for show. There's some individuals that this garbage place will take pictures of holding their actual worth some item but that's just a hand full of people so this place can still look like it's worth a damn. In the end, this place business model is built off people with very little intelligence. They are taking advantage of people with not a lot of money and that's the only way they stay in business. The entire upper management should feel awful. You can find countless reviews of people spending a lot of money and receiving junk, it'll be hard to find because this garbage company deleted and reports the true reviews. It's a three only because I think pack rats and scroungers will probably love this place. If you have all day to dig around in bins of junk or have an eye for that one item in a store like this that's a good deal, well...you are in the right place my friend. This was on a Saturday, I was on my way to another store nearby when I saw the sign and remembered I wanted to check it out. Never made it to the Arlington location so went inside. Several points of interest I noticed. This location had some pallet lots for sale. I saw one labeled "automotive" for, wait for it...$900. Course there's an industrial type 4-5 foot square box packed with boxes. It's packed in a way that, if they let you (which I didn't ask cause I didn't care) it would take you an hour just to pull stuff out, try to guess what it was, and then repack it. I would be willing to bet they don't let you go through the pallets, because then you would easily see it wasn't worth even half of that price. Back in the late 90's, I did a lot of surplus electronics and computer stuff, and anyplace with pallets like this, if you didn't look, or couldn't look, you better not buy. Also, a lot of the stuff I did see was out of box, maybe used, or handled, or open boxes inside. Next! I saw some furniture pieces that looked like they belonged in a cheap movie version of something inside a fake royal palace. I saw a beat up table thing with a huge scratch that looked like something Ikea wouldn't even sell in their stores, and it was marked $125. I saw other furniture that looked like used display items that I thought was priced double what it was worth. Yikes. Pretty well despondent at this point, I wandered into the middle of the store and over to the "electronics dept." where I could see phones and tablets. All of these were in display cases, ALL of them were displayed screen side down. I guess so you would have to call for help to check one out, and upon seeing that the screen probably looks sandblasted, the worker is probably supposed to tell you what a great deal it is. Most everything I saw in the case that wasn't new, the back covers looked really worn. Phones, tablets, all of them, looked pretty worn, and priced way too high. Only new items I saw were mostly blister packed cables and chargers. Gonna move along here. Clothes section? yea, glanced, nope, kept walking. Got to the main area where there are a lot of open table bins with stuff piled in them. Off to the side, I saw several pallets of open box stuff, mostly kitchen appliances. Seriously, open box stuff should be minimum 50% off to begin with. No way I'm gonna buy an open box item to save $10, are you crazy? I wonder if you even get a guarantee the item works? Guess I shoulda asked, but honestly, I was almost at the end of my journey and could see the light at the end of the tunnel. Lots of new dust collector stuff here tho. Coffee mugs, coasters, cups, glasses, little cute tchotchke stuff with little cute sayings. Plus the bins, loaded with open box or, getting destroyed still in box, stuff. I guess these are the $14 items that are listed in the store. Anyway, glanced at a couple, honestly, nothing of interest to me whatsoever, I double stepped to the exit. This is a Saturday, isn't this the day all the new stuff is out ready to go? Gah. So, like I said, I see the value to people who love trying to find that treasure in the trash. This looks like your Nirvana. It has kinda the same setup as some Goodwill places, but the items are cleaner and smell better and it's a nicer crowd. I visited this location for the first time this morning and was truly impressed not only by the selection but by the employees as well. Everyone was warm and friendly and genuinely happy to be there. All were polite and smiling! I walked through the whole store and found so many treasures. I drove from Plano and would say it was absolutely worth time and gas to visit Quicklotz. I went him for my first time today and it really is a "treasure trove" shopping experience. I found some great deals ($25 hair products from Target for $5 etc) and the management was super friendly. The price does go down as the week goes by with the highest price on Friday. I will go back on Wed or Thursday and see what is left for an even better price. They told me they restock every day so the best deals will be mid-week. The place is not dimly lit like some mentioned. I found it to be fine. For the restrooms just leave your cart and go out into the mall and then come back and shop some more. Very short checkout lines. read more

Okay. So this place is definitely not for everyone. I read the reviews and you can tell some people just don't like other people and have given this page bad reviews just because house busy it is. First it's big, yes on some days I've been it's very crowded (during the week no) but the deals I have found have been so good it's worth it. It's confusing when you first come in: they really need to have like a better understanding of how it works. Basically front part they just bring out lots of different stuff and it's one price no matter if it costs 20 dollars or 500 hundred dollars. The max (depending on the day you go) is 14 bucks. It drops all the way down to 1 dollar on Thursday I think. But the second half of the store is laid out like a regular store with furniture home goods and electronics but the prices are so so much lower than in a regular store. Just go in knowing it will be crazy and you will be fine. If you like to save lots of money, and you don't mind the hustle this is your place. read more
