He definitely came out of a carton. The country fried steak he ordered was definitely not steak as well. The coffee here unfortunately tasted like brown hot water. the place photographs well, with all the hanging florals this unfortunately really missed the ball and missed the point. It was a huge waste of money and they really need to work on service and food here. If you have other choices for breakfast, please go somewhere else because this is very disappointing. She was in the process of making coffee for another customer and seemed flustered and annoyed, even making a face in response. I completely understand that she was busy, but since she engaged in the conversation, a simple, "I'll be right with you," or "One moment, please," would have been perfectly fine. I've been coming here for about eight years and have generally received good to excellent service, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. What truly drops this review to one star, however, was the shocking response I received from one of the employees. She cussed me out, yelled, flipped me off, threatened to call the cops on me, and screamed for me to never come back--all while I had my baby with me. I've never experienced such unprofessional treatment from a business. I can only hope the owner reviews the cameras from this incident and takes the matter seriously. Sadly, I will no longer be returning or recommending this café to others.
