All these concerns and more. I'm a detail oriented guy that can find fault with just about everything, I know, not healthy. BUT, let me tell you while giving major praise and satisfaction thanks to Todd, the owner of Windows, Doors & More. His crew showed up 30 minutes prior to start time every day! I say "crew" BUT, these guys were true Craftsman and I mean Craftsman. The Team, Steve, Jacob, Ian, and Bill worked together like a fine tuned machine. A look and a nod in the place of words. WOW. Their personalities made it actually nice to have them around and working on my home. If you have a question, they stop what their doing, follow you, and listen intently with a true response. They even took extra care to help me and be certain my wood blinds would fit the new windows. Extra trim required, Not a problem. I look at these windows and completed installation with pleasing amazement. I'm not kidding, everything looks and operates beautifully. For a guy that's hard to please, I couldn't be happier. Also, their pricing is more than competitive and their products are top rated when you do the investigation. I addition, the painted commented that the woodwork was done and nailed the way it's supposed to be done unlike other work he has seen. Hats off to Todd and his team. Even now I look at these windows and smile in satisfaction. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I highly recommend Todd's company. Their price was very competitive, not even close to the most expensive, but certainly not the cheapest. Buy once, cry once. One of the window companies he represents was the only one we found (we looked at many) that offered colored vinyl extrusions where we could have white on the inside and a tan color outside (never needs to be painted, even if surface is scratched). Lifetime warranty too! We recently hired him and his team for more work, replacing the screens with windows on our screened porch (no more cleaning up pine pollen). We had them add a custom bar top along the window sills. It looks great and is a wonderful way to enjoy the view of our back yard, even if it is raining or in the winter. Call him, you will be happy you did.

We took the ride out to Cary to get a sense of the actual door, the finish we wanted, along with available options. Their sales specialist, David Boyd, was extremely helpful explaining the product line and Kelly's business model. David came out to the house and helped us find a door that fit our budget without sacrificing the look and features like glass we wanted. He took the measurements and explained the process from the point of sale to completion of installation. He walked us through the ProVia product warranty. We did our homework and got two more quotes, but Kelly was the clear winner in pricing and the fact that they are the only 'Platinum' ProVia dealer in the Triangle. Best of all? No franchise pricing games like the other two estimates. Their quote was transparent and actually more affordable than the 'big name' companies. While the price was more affordable, we looked at each company in totality. We highly recommend Kelly Window and Door, Inc. a high-quality experience!

They have a show room so you can see the quality of the product and how they work. We received multiple quotes from different companies and the quality of these were comparable to the high end windows but the price was more reasonable. The sales and installers were great! We were communicated in a timely manner throughout the process. The windows were installed within a week. The installation team were two brothers who were amazing! They worked tirelessly, were pleasant and always arrived 15 mins early. The project manager checked on progress each day, sometimes more than once. We highly recommend this family owned business.

Bottom line up front - once they leave your house (if you get that far), don't expect them to honor their warranty. I have a year in one of the screens that they warranty. It happened during installation. I just didn't see it because it was small at the time. I contacted the sales rep, Chris (who is a really nice guy) in January of this year. He assured me they would replace the screen soon. Well, it is now May and I have no screen and multiple excuses as to why they haven't taken care of it. One associate said it was because of covid - to which I asked if they had not received any window shipments in four months (they could have put my screen in one of those shipments, right?). I seriously doubt covid has anything to do with my screen not being replaced. You have to stop using covid as an excuse. It's insulting My next step is to go to the BBB and then corporate. The tricky part of this review is buying windows is an epic pain and all of the salesmen come off worse than used car salesmen. That said, I still wouldn't recommend using them for any project because they are not trustworthy

The 2 stars are for the two sub contractor guys that came out twice to install the windows --not part of home Craft 7. Tried not to put in any stars for required review ( have to complete in order to receive waranty paperwork), but then I wouldnt be able to proceed and recieve my warranty 8. Please put all the reviews you recieve on your google---Not showing any 3 or 4.0 star reviews is false advertising and appears unrealistic. Overall, I had better service using home depot as a contractor for services and finacing.

I went to the building supply house that filled last order and repeated to the quantiles I needed. Units delivered and wrong. Couldn't wait another 6 weeks so realtor connected me with Mehri. Delivered and installed in less than 5 days. Sale closed as windows were required per buyers VA loan. Most recent and key personal project was a single "leaky" Casement window that I hoped Mehri could work magic on. I did find a vendor that would re-make the 1985 product that's been out of business for over 15 yrs for $1,000 per window at 8-12 weeks. Problem was house was being repainted in 30 days I didn't want to replace 8 double casements for $20k. Mehri came through with the casement glass replacement and reinserted in original frame. Big win! Also had Mehri quote/ replace a 1985 Gold ¼", tile mounted gold shower enclosure that literally was rotting away. It's the master bathroom with the shower enclosure between the shower and Jacuzzi. One month later ,with Casement window, it was finished to perfection - chrome. Quick update vs. total rebuild which couldn't happen financially and physically due to door/ window dimensions to get tub in/ out of the room. Both shower and window casement replacement occurred in 30 days. I'm thinking of other updates to our 45-yr old contemporary house. Have two railings overlooking the great room with typical large spindle and hand rail. I thinking glass railings would open up room and stop most of the drafts. Next Mehri Project? I won't look at other options if Mehri says they can do it. They deliver, on time, in budget. They will do any and all glass work for me.

The owner, Carl Cuttone, met with us personally and he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and refreshingly low-pressure--there were no upselling or hard-sell tactics at all. He took the time to show us photographs of his company's prior work and shared reviews from previous customers, which made us feel confident and comfortable in our decision. Meeting with him was genuinely enjoyable and set the tone for the entire project. Their quoted price was significantly lower than their competitors' quotes, which was quite surprising and they were the only company that was interested in cladding our front door surround, rather than trying to "hard sell" us a new front door insert, as the wood around the side light windows was deteriorating. The front door is made of solid mahogany, was in great condition, and it was important to us to preserve the door if possible. The window installation on our home was completed with great care and attention to detail, and the results look fantastic. The front door cladding looks amazing, like a brand new insert would have looked. The installers were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They arrived on time, worked extremely well and efficiently as a team, and--something we really appreciated--left our home clean and tidy when they were finished. No mess, no hassle, just beautiful new windows. The final price was exactly the price they quoted, and there were no shenanigans. We highly recommend Eco-View Windows to anyone looking for quality products and a smooth, professional installation experience.

There is a large bay window in the living room, and it really needed some love so we decided to replace this one. I called Ecoview and spoke to Carl, the owner. We went back and forth for about a week as he offered a variety of options and price points. In fairness, the week was because we had some trouble making up our minds because there were so many great options. Carl helped us narrow things down, and we opted for what's called the 7000 series. The windows were delivered to our sons house in two weeks. We were happily surprised with this because even though Carl had promised us two weeks, everyone else told us their delivery would be between 6 to 8 weeks. The day after the windows were delivered, the installers were there (4 people). They had the old window out, and the new windows were in in just a FEW HOURS!!! AMAZING!! In the world of construction and services, it's so rare to get a true professional, but we sure found one with Carl! 10000% recommend...

My main complaint, the sales person promised the crews would be clean and put tarps down to catch 100% of the debris, and we wouldn't even be able to tell they'd been here. Now we're four months past the install and we are still picking up bits of shingle, tar paper, plastic, and most egregiously, ROOFING NAILS in the yard nearly every SINGLE time we do yard work. In the first two weeks we picked up over a hundred nails from the yard and DRIVEWAY (come on, now!). We seriously found two more yesterday and two more today. It's NEVER ENDING. With the sales guy's suggestion we had them put in wide mouth gutter drains to help with the constant gutter clogging problems -- so what do they do? First they installed them wrong (oversized drains with standard drain holes does no good), so I printed out and handed the project manager installation instructions from the manufacturer. They came back out to redo it, but contrary to those instructions they used a ton of caulk, and also put caulk on every joint. Guess what gutter debris does when it hits a caulk. We also had them do some siding repair and had to be extremely specific about what we wanted them to do vs asking "replace anything that's rotting" which I would expect to be a reasonable request. I expected SO much more from a family company this old and established. Sadly, NOT recommended.
