My only complaint with them is that the are associated with Bent Palm. Because of this association I truly had nothing nice to say about them. My actual experience with them changed this opinion quickly. I was put in contact with Mike and he was amazing. I am very appreciative to Diversified Contractors for completing our job quickly, professionally, and made a terrible situation much better completely out of kindness. A huge thank you to Diversified Contractors, Mike, and the crews that he sent.

When they arrived, we had some water in the basement and they quoted us based on their normal pricing. Once the concrete came up, we couldn't believe what we were dealing with. It's a constant flow of water that required two sump pits and an insane amount of work to install our drainage system. Every time they tried to dig a pit it would backfill with sand and water- they had to dig this up painstakingly- foot by foot. We thought for sure we were in for additional costs, but they stuck by the original estimate. Since then, any time we've had an issue or a question, they are quick to answer. Poor Kelly and Bobby probably recognize our number on the caller ID but whenever we make a call or send an email, we always get a response- usually with a visit on the same day. We highly recommend this company for their honesty, customer service, and quality work.

Anyone whose ever dealt with ths type of problem knows how stressful the situation can be when water starts pouring into your basement. Thank you Billy and Affordable.

I didn't have to move to a western state with uncertain weather or politics. Chris is a wonderful, thoughtful, considerate gentleman. I am certain that at the root of this, there are communication errors. The thorough workers speak little English, for a start. The crazy weather lately, has kept Chris coming and going no doubt, like a dog chasing his own tail, trying to catch up, with his customer's work between heavy rain + winds. I'm sure it will all get sorted out. It was easier for me to explain things to the intelligent Latinos, than to the 2 locals who came to "manage" later. And I just missed Chris, I was told.

Horrible experience…read more I have a tricky spot to mow. I know its tricky. Thats why i wanted to hire a group to do it. I called and asked for someone to come out and confirm they could do the tricky spot. They swore they didnt need to. I insisted. We stood in the tricky spot, and i let them know this is the whole reason i want a mower. If this is mowed they are fine and if not i dont need them. The assured me it was fine. For about a month they mowed it. Then i noticed it looked like it was being skipped. I watched them skip it today. I called they sent someone back out to finish. He came with a supervisor or something to do it. They yelled and cussed for a while, and then mowed a different spot to bare dirt. Then got me and asked if that was everything. I said no, do the tricky spot. They refused and asked if they could go. I said if they werent going to mow, go ahead. Then i got an owner/manager/well spoken guy on the phone. He said i was a liar and we never discussed that section and it would cost a lot extra. I burned most of a day trying to get them to mow. Only good part was the refunded todays cut, and cancelled the contract without much work. Only use if you have a small, flat, square yard.

Beware of Unreliable Service!!!…read more I've never dealt with someone as unprofessional as Dario. He's a nice guy & his prices're reasonable, but completely unreliable. I had a few projects that he promised to finish in 2-3 days. After paying for the materials, he kept cancelling appointments. Now, TWO MONTHS LATER & after over a dozen cancelled appointments, the projects are still incomplete. Everything's started but nothing's finished. I've got dug-up holes that have been sitting for weeks, to the point where my neighbors and HOA are complaining. He trimmed my trees but left dead branches outside for 2 weeks & all the leaves blew into my neighbors' properties. I had to clean it all up myself after their complaints. The worst part? He repeatedly said he'd come by, and after waiting all day, he wouldn't show or even have the courtesy to call me ahead of time. I've wasted weeks and countless weekends waiting for him. I even went on a 2-week vacation, came back, and discovered he hadn't done any work at all. I'm beyond frustrated with constantly calling and begging him to do the job I already paid for.
