I setup an appointment with the other contractor and they no-call no-showed. I'm glad they did, because Jon contacted me a few days later apologizing for the delayed response on Yelp and asked if I could continue the conversation via email(hence my original note in this review). There was a princess tree or something of that nature that sprouted up last year and needed to go as it was getting out of control, my wife wanted weeds removed, washed rocks, and peonies in front. In the back we also finally decided to finish our walkway with flagstone. Jon was great to work with, responding to both texts and emails for verifications and changes throughout the process and pricing was competitive. Very happy with the end result and how quickly Jon and his team were able to finish everything. I highly recommend Bio Rich Green Care and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

I always walk in and make it a mission to find all 4. The black one is the shy one and is usually the hardest to find. Brazil is the easiest. Lately, I havent been able to find them though. I contacted Nature's Friends to sort out my issues and Cliff was over at my house in no time. He talked through any prior water retention issues I had, and came up with a plan to future proof our house from any flooding that could happen with big storms. The crew were back out within a few days and executed the plan as Cliff specified. The laborers placed one of the pop-ups a little too close to the house, and without any intervention, the day-of-supervisor spoke with me to let me know they would extend it according to plan, and corrected everything. They also replaced my sump pump, which was not the easiest thing due to a seized grate closure (see pics), and at a fraction of the price quoted by plumbers. I was really impressed with how quick everything was completed, and for a job like this (digging long trenches to run PVC), my yard looks nearly immaculate. They gave me instructions to heal the grass patches so my lawn would look as it did before in no time. After the work was done, Cliff reached out to make sure all was working well when it rained. I highly recommend reaching out to Nature's Friend for any of your needs -- you can tell they really care about their customers, and I will be reaching out to them for any future landscaping needs.

I had a few projects that he promised to finish in 2-3 days. After paying for the materials, he kept cancelling appointments. Now, TWO MONTHS LATER & after over a dozen cancelled appointments, the projects are still incomplete. Everything's started but nothing's finished. I've got dug-up holes that have been sitting for weeks, to the point where my neighbors and HOA are complaining. He trimmed my trees but left dead branches outside for 2 weeks & all the leaves blew into my neighbors' properties. I had to clean it all up myself after their complaints. The worst part? He repeatedly said he'd come by, and after waiting all day, he wouldn't show or even have the courtesy to call me ahead of time. I've wasted weeks and countless weekends waiting for him. I even went on a 2-week vacation, came back, and discovered he hadn't done any work at all. I'm beyond frustrated with constantly calling and begging him to do the job I already paid for.

I just completed a miserable experience with Tabori Landscaping. We absolutely did not receive the…read morevalue for the $4,200 we paid. It was awful from start to finish. I hold owner Kevin singularly responsible, as he was awful to deal with. My wife and I asked the company to perform a number of tasks in our front and back yards. I should have known to stop the project before it started when Kevin couldn't even deliver an estimate on his timeline and I had to chase him to get it. His estimate seemed reasonable at the time if he had planned to send a few crew members to knock it out in a timely fashion. While weather delays were certainly not his fault, he primarily sent one excellent worker to do most of the job by himself. Kevin made token appearances, as did a few other people. I had to constantly repeat myself to Kevin throughout the project, who failed to ever do what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. His constant excuse-making and bogus apologies became laughable. Even with the weather, it shouldn't have taken this long to weed our front garden, remove a relatively small amount of grass and replace it with weedblock and mulch. I had to constantly chase Kevin to get things done. He even declared the project over without consulting with me -- even though the mulch he put down in the back (most of it free to him because our neighbor gave us theirs) was way too thin to do the job. He had told me clearly that multiple loads of mulch were included in the price -- mulch he was supposed to add in addition to my neighbor's pile. Tabori showed up at what they thought was the end with a pitiful pickup truck of mulch, which wasn't thick enough to even walk on without sliding on the weedblock. I had to demand he return with more, which his company finally did today. I will never use this company again. Despite the one excellent worker, Kevin was horrendous to deal with from start to finish. I've never written a Yelp review this negative, but I'd hate to see anybody waste their time and money the way we did. Kevin made this a stressful pain in the neck from start to finish -- and I've communicated that to him directly twice.
