I've been working with North Texas Yardworks, led by Bricio Esparza, for over four years now, and I…read morecan confidently say that they're the only company I trust with my 20-acre property. When I first moved to my current location in 2020, we had an overwhelming amount of work that needed to be done. Friends and acquaintances highly recommended Bricio, and I'm so glad they did.
From the start, it was clear that Bricio was different from the other contractors I'd met. Where others seemed unreliable or even questionable, Bricio stood out for his professionalism, trustworthiness, and a genuine commitment to getting the job done right. In all these years, he has never let us down--he always does exactly what he promises and more.
No matter the season, whether it's the scorching Texas summer or the chilly winter months, Bricio is relentless in his work. He's tackled everything we've thrown his way, from trimming 50 trees, removing bushes and briars, and taking down old fences, to building a stone retaining wall and laying sod. His team has consistently handled all the mowing, weed-eating, trimming, and edging on our property, and he continues to prune back the trees he initially worked on years ago.
But that's not all--Bricio has gone above and beyond with other projects too. He's built structures like chicken coops, installed fencing, hung Christmas lights, and even used his equipment to excavate and deepen our tanks, ensuring they hold water through tough Texas droughts. He's also resolved our backyard flooding issues by grading the land and rerouting runoff, leaving us with a beautifully leveled yard.
What was once a bare landscape of clay dirt is now a lush, green yard filled with Bermuda grass, even during the hot summer months. In winter, thanks to Bricio's rye grass treatment, our lawn stays green year-round. His solutions are creative, and he's never backed down from a challenge, always finding a way to get things done.
I can't recommend North Texas Yardworks highly enough. Bricio and his team are hardworking, dependable, and always deliver exceptional results. If you're looking for a company you can trust to take care of your property as if it were their own, look no further. You won't regret giving them a call.
