On August 30th - I asked if they would move this week because my yard had not been mowed since the first service. I had signed up for weekly service. I was told yes. On Tuesday - the 4th - I asked again. I was told they would be out in the next few days. On Friday - I said I really, really needed my yard mowed. I understand we have had a lot of rain - but the yard services for my neighbors have all been completed. By Saturday - my yard is now horrible. I was told that I had been called by one of his employees and told him everything was ok... I did not speak to anyone. Someone representing themselves as a competitor did call to offer to mow for a higher price - turns out this was his employee. At the end - I was told to find another service. Today - I will be mowing with my reel mower and finding a new service.

They replaced shrubs, removed all the old mulch, added new bedding soil, cleaned out the weeds, and installed fresh black mulch throughout the flowerbeds. Everything looks clean, fresh, and professionally done. The team was hardworking, detail-oriented, and the final result completely improved the appearance of my backyard and fence line. They also kindly helped me set up my sprinkler timer and explained the best watering schedule, including watering times, duration, and days to help the new plants grow healthy and maintain proper long-term watering. I really appreciated their helpful advice and professionalism. I'm very happy with their work and definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for quality landscaping work.

The landscaping here looks terrible and Haynes has been on property for a year. I asked who makes the landscape choices here and was told it's the "landscape committee" + guidance from Haynes. This is the plantings they have in 2 ugly urns they have at the entrance to our neighborhood. No flowers on the planting, never has had any. Looks like giant overgrown weed. If this is the type of landscape Haynes thinks looks good, there is a serious issue! Looks worse than the entrance to a cheap apartment complex & Haynes should be advising on what would actually look nice for this caliber of property. Further, their crews have gotten lazy since getting this neighborhood's business & just come and blow leaves around. Guess they think this is their ATM.
