Jose, the foreman, was exceptionally communicative, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. His pricing was very reasonable, especially for the amount of work that needed to be done. His crew worked extremely hard and tackled a massive amount of overgrowth--shrubs, trees, bushes, and years of neglected landscaping that had taken over the yard when we bought our home. The results are truly stunning. Our yard looks completely transformed, and the difference is unbelievable. Jose made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free, and I genuinely appreciated how attentive he was at every step. I paid for them to poison my weeds and the man was there for 2 min and didn't spray anything. They said they would respray if necessary when I asked for a refund. The weeds of course didn't die and they charged me anyway. They have nice trucks and advertising but just horrible service.
