Fantastic spray tan. The staff was so sweet and explained everything. Love that it's air brushed and not one of those machines. The color was great, not orange at al and lasted for 2 weeks! **WORTH THE READ** I have been a long-standing client. I'm talking years. I even moved from Dallas to north Frisco and thought it was still worth the 40-90 min drive to and from (depending on traffic, of course). I work from home 50-60 hours a week with a toddler/nanny at home and still prioritize this appointment. That is how happy I was here. They were perfect in my eyes. Raven is incredible. I recommend her 100%. The day I decided I would never be back was today when I realized the owner of this company pretty much proved the company has no heartbeat when it comes to respect for emergency situations/loyal clients. The staff will reach out to me at least 30-40% of the time asking me to move my appointment to a time that is more convenient for them.... Most of the time I work with them but sometimes I can't swing it. I have short windows with work and traffic. Nevertheless, I've never missed an appointment, been a long-term loyal client, even referred multiple friends. It truly pains me to find somewhere else to go but the reason I'm not going back is because literally for the first time since I've been going there, I ran into a real life issue getting to my appointment last week. My family is going through a stressful time and my husband completely spaced and accidentally went to work with my car key. Since I work from home, I didn't realize it until I went to leave for my appointment 45 mins early (from Frisco). I panicked and immediately called them to let them know I quite literally couldn't get there. There was ZERO understanding. They asked me to come 30 mins later... which didn't make sense... It was 3:00, my appt was at 3:30 and my husband works in Dallas until 5:00. They literally asked me to Uber... which also wouldn't make sense logistically or financially during traffic... then they proceeded to say I needed to have a conversation with the manager about this. Like... seriously, can LIFE not happen to one of your long term clients without being put through the wringer? ******They refused to refund my $50 deposit even though I promised to reschedule for the next day. When explaining how hurt I felt, I learned that they wouldn't even refund a deposit for someone if you were in a car accident on the way to your appointment causing you to miss it******* WTF?? This, to me, shows we (their loyal clients) are just another booking. Just another set of eyelashes. We aren't people to the owner, and the company has no heartbeat, understanding, or respect for emergencies -- and that's not an operation I want to be giving my hard earned money and time to. SURE... it's a business. And you can't refund everyone ...but there CAN be a softening for first time situations, loyal long time clients, and especially real emergencies (not just things like staying late at work). You pick... Refund $50 to keep a client.... and end up possibly impressing a loyal client even more than they were before. One in an impossible situation, nonetheless! ....or don't and lose $175 every 6 weeks plus all the referrals possible because I used to love Dallash and force everyone to go there. Now I am on the hunt for somewhere else to go. Accepting referrals from anyone with a recommendation. So long as the company has a heartbeat. I've owned my own business for 8 years now and there's always care for my clients while maintaining professionalism. Dallash needs to learn where that middle ground is. read more

I came here for a brow lamination and brow tint. I really appreciated all the safety precautions they took during COVID. While I really liked the results of the brow treatments, I was a little disappointed with the appointment. I was expecting more of a relaxing appointment but I felt like the whole time I was trying to be sold different products. During the brow tint I was asked if I wanted my brows cleaned up and I said sure but I wasn't told that this was an extra cost. Sure, it was only $15 but it would have been nice to be told before agreeing to it. I didn't realize I was charged for it until I got the email receipt since I wasn't shown an itemized list upon checkout. I do really like the results of the brow lamination but I don't think I will be returning. read more
