Don't go here for a spray tan! I was with Sefani B. This was my 4th or 5th spray tan, and by far the worst. She managed to spray the left side of my body TWICE in one pose and did not do the right side. I told her she did the same side twice, once immediately after it happened, then again at the end of the session. She assured me both times she got both sides. She even went as far as to ask me, "which side did you think I missed?, and showed me the color difference on my right bikini line. An hour later after some processing, I noticed a significant color difference between the right the left side ( a huge difference that confirmed my suspicions). I texted the main line and they got me in FAST to correct their mistake. For which I drove back 25 min drive each way. She and her colleague never apologized for the mistakes made, not even for the inconvenience. A simple "sorry" would have gone a long way, but they seemed upset I came back to fix their mistake. AND the spray tan turned out to be uneven. Don't waste your money! read more

Run, do not walk, away from these spray tans...I get the impression that their specialty and expertise is more in lashes, facials, and skin care - not spray tans. Just because they specialize in skin care does not make them experts in sunless tanning. Their spray tan has left me so orange and splotchy, I look like an Oompa Loompa that has been rolling around in the mud. The dreaded spray tan odor (from the DHA) is also the most offensive I have ever encountered; I say this with experience, having worked at a tanning salon with spray tan machines for years. Stefani gave me a spray tan at first, and my exact words were, "I do not want to go too dark too quickly." Well, that went ignored, because 15-minutes later I looked like someone had painted on a new coat of skin. I had hoped this was just the cosmetic bronzer in the solution; however, 24-hours later I was unrecognizable, despite following their after-care directions. To their credit, Kasia did bring me back in a day later and tried to fix the outcomes. She conceded that the original coat was probably not the right choice, and she gave me a complimentary follow up session where she tried to fix it, and gave detailed instructions. Unfortunately, I think this is where it got worse. Again, I followed their instructions closely, and when I rinsed off as instructed the next morning, I looked even more orange, and the lingering smell was awful. Kasia was very professional, and followed up with a text, and apologized (albeit a call would have been more appreciated; they don't really use the phone at Dallash, which is a different concern). She suggested a different solution next time; however, there won't be a next time. Overall, I think if Dallash wants to be considered a premier provider in sunless tanning, they need to perfect their expertise in the procedure. Right now, their approach to spray tanning felt very generalist in nature, as if to say, "Spray tanning? Oh ya, we do that, too..." I'm looking for an aesthetician who will spend more time with their clients, especially in initial consultations to ensure they understand the unique needs of each individual's skin types and tones, and then make a very customized recommendation and application. If my hair stylist can take the appropriate time for a consultation on my cut and color, I would hope to get the same, if not more, attention to detail when applying color to my entire body. If I were to do it again, I would save myself the anguish, and have done more research to find a better provider of sunless tanning. read more
