The guy I spone to said my origional guy bailed on me and he was dispatching someone else. Somehow, that guy ended up at Rockwall. I am in Garland. Just a few minutes later my phone rings and it is Raph asking for my location. He gets a little turned around but is really close so my husband and I met him to bring him to where the wrecked car is at. he waisted not a single second more of my time. He loaded up my car. He followed up texting me the name of the person at the collision repair shop he left my keys with. excellent follow through. so the stars aren't really for UNIQUE ROADSIDE LLC so much as it is for Raph. Thank you!!

The driver said I should call about pricing because he won't be towing and I called the guy Eli but he was very upset that I asked for a price reduction since I'm not being towed. He refused to reduce the price and in my 6 years of owning my own truck and calling out service if the service is less every single company has adjusted the price accordingl. This guy was extremely rude and arrogant and hung up in my face several times through this deal. I will never do business with Royce City Towing again and if you do please call around first because in time of need this is a guy who will definitely over charge.

On a recent trip to the Dallas area from Arkansas, we found our self's on the side of the road heading back home. We broke down on the side of I-30 and had to leave our truck overnight and get a room. The first thing the next morning around 8 I googled towing in the area and found the website and phone number of Legacy. When I was placing my call I was asking myself how do I explain the kind of help I was needing. You see the problem was that we ran out of fuel (We have a Ford Diesel, and if you know anything about diesel trucks you don't run them out of fuel.), and during the process of trying to put in enough fuel in our truck to get us to fuel station we ran the battery down, So we needed to jump our truck to get going. With that said that was easy problem we had, what the big problem was is that we was at the hotel with no ride. Who would have known my first call would have been the best call. When I called Legacy, Steve the owner picked up the call. I told him our problem, and with in the same breath he said "no problem I'll take you out there and we will get you going". And like a knight on a white stallion Steve and his significant other come roaring in the hotel parking lot in his personal custom cool as s**t white Dodge truck and said get in, and off we went. During our drive to my truck location, we truly had great conversation, really putting me and wife at easy in a very difficult situation. Once arriving at our truck, Steve wiped around on the side of the I-30, with traffic screaming by one big truck after another, and another and another, lining up to my truck to jump it off. And yes we was able to get it going. I want you to know he charge me a very reasonable price, which I THOUGHT WAS A LITTLE LIGHT, considering what they had done for us, and I tried to tip him more and he wouldn't take. So if you ever find your self in this area and find yourself in a need for someone we highly recommend Steve and his company. What a great experience we had with them during a bad experience for us. Thanks again Steve, and truly do look forward to meeting you guys again under better circumstances of course Richard T. Thacker Hot Springs, Arkansas 2-9-21
