I called Royce city towing for a tow on side of the highway and the guys name Eli quoted me $1100…read morefor the tow but he called couldnt do the job so he called out another company as if it was his driver and sent out another company to do the tow but when the other con arrived they told me all I need was the brakes to be released through a process called caging when you put a screw in the brake chamber and release the brakes. The driver said I should call about pricing because he won't be towing and I called the guy Eli but he was very upset that I asked for a price reduction since I'm not being towed. He refused to reduce the price and in my 6 years of owning my own truck and calling out service if the service is less every single company has adjusted the price accordingl.
