At about 5:12 he showed up and explained that the delivery drivers car broke down and he himself came straight from the kitchen to deliver our food! Talk about going above and beyond. I'm not sure if he was the owner or not, I didn't want to keep him with questions, so I thanked him very much and let him be on his way. Just wanted to praise him! Thanks again! On a search for decent pizza in the Concord area. This one has a decent crunch to the outer crust, but that's it. Over use of oregano and not much flavor otherwise. Airy dough, but too thick for our liking. read more

I got home from work and I decided I would order pizza. I have tried the other Pizza places in town and I had never heard of Dallas Pizza. I called and ordered half-cheese and half pepperoni and got a salad. I ordered for delivery. My pizza was delivered piping hot. I grabbed a slice of the cheese pizza first. It was delicious. The cheese was high quality and the dough was fresh. I don't usually eat the crust on Pizza, but it was delicious. The Pepperoni side was good as well. Staff were very pleasant when I called and the delivery guy was nice. My salad was really big. I may take it to work tomorrow. I highly recommend Dallas Pizza and now that I know how good it is, I am going to start ordering only from them. Dallas Pizza gets five stars from me!!! Matt read more

I will not be buying Dallas Pizza ever again. I've been going here for years and spent hundreds of dollars over the course of the time I've been in Concord. I had a coupon for $3 off a one topping pizza. When I asked them to honor the coupon on a cheese pizza, they would not. The toppings they do have are of very low quality and extremely overpriced. Seems sad to lose a customer that has given them so much business over a $3 coupon. Why mail them out if you wont honor the coupons you send. Cheese is a topping. I will also spread via word of mouth to other people not to give them business as it is not deserved. Save your money, get a better pizza elsewhere for less money. read more

I left my lunch at home yesterday so I ordered delivery from Dallas pizza. I had not been there since I was a little kid and had find memories so I gave it a go. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and one of my coworkers ordered a small pizza. The price was reasonable and the delivery time was precise. Food quality was also awesome, I was very impressed with my sandwich, Cooked exactly to my specification and delicious. I only give five stars if I am a regular customer, but now that I have a new job in concord they may earn a fifth star very soon! read more

After living in Concord for about six months, we have finally found a good pizza joint. The pies are sort of a shallow dish variety. Its not my favorite style of pizza, but their execution is outstanding with a perfectly baked crust, good sauce, and well balanced ingredients. Have not tried their Greek style desserts (eg baklava). read more

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and there was zero broccoli - not even a hint. Otherwise nice although low on pepper. What I will say is that what I got was very delicious. This is likely the only pizza place in New England that doesn't have pizza when you ask for it. I've gone into this place for lunch a few times and on multiple occasions I've literally been told that they only had cheese available. Meanwhile the cheese pizza that they want to serve me has been sitting on top of the pizza oven for God knows how long. The service is also slow, I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I kept watching people walk right by me and not ask if I needed help or if I wanted to purchase something. They were to busy talking to each other, only to have them tell me that their "special" is unavailable (because they didn't cook it when they were supposed to.) The guy who owns this place should fire his entire staff and rehire. The current staff is a total joke. One star. read more

We have been ordering from Dallas since Dominos refused to deliver to us ( apparent.y we were 100yards past their line!). I am glad Dominos didn't deliver that day... We found Dallas and can't say enough about their delivery! They always timely and have the friendliest delivery people! HORRIBLE customer service. My God... this has got to be the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. 1.) An extra $1 for cheese on a Chicken PARMESAN? 2.) Attitude from the driver when he showed up, and smelled of alcohol. 3.) No fork delivered with the food.... to an address that was KNOWN to be a business... When I call up to see about having a fork and knife brought to me "Just go to the food court, I don't know what the big deal is." The big deal is that I work in a Jewelry store and cannot leave the store for security purposes.... AND THIS WAS THE OWNER THAT I WAS TALKING TO THE WHOLE TIME! They are going down hill. I used to like them a lot but recently they aren't that good. The last pizza we ordered was obviously a re-heated pizza that perhaps another customer failed to pick up. We ordered a Pepperoni, Mushroom, and Bacon pizza but when we got it the pizza was barely warm and the bacon was not melted into the cheese like the other toppings but mostly just floating on top of the pizza. It was obvious that they just reheated a Pep & Mushroom and threw the bacon on top. We've ordered this same kind of pizza from them before and all the toppings were melted into the cheese and the cheese was fresher... but the this last pizza the cheese was stiff and the crust was too chewy as if it was old. Also their pizza doesn't taste as good as it used to it leaves a weird after taste and they use too much oregano. We used to think they were great. I understand that all Pizza places have times when they aren't as good but we felt like they were screwing us over by reheating an old pizza and charging us full price like it was fresh. read more

Terrible customer service!! Found their menu online and called to order. I ordered a special off the menu and was given an entirely different price. Once I mentioned the menu online they had no idea and had to ask the owner and then came back without an apology and just came back with a different price. I then proceeded to give them the whole order and directions to my house and was told the pizza would be here in 35 minutes....55 minutes later I called back to the store only to get a busy signal for the next 10 minutes. Then a women who I was told was the owner called me to yell at me because they didnt have my address correct. She the abruptly ended the conversation and hung up. about 10 minutes later our delivery driver arrived. He was a local boy who we know, he was very apologetic for the experience we had. The pizza was terribly cold, soggy and quite possibly the worst pizza we have ever had. We usually order from Checkmate pizza in Concord and thought we might try the one in our neighborhood instead (maybe 7 minutes down the rd) sorry Checkmate we will NOT stray again!! read more

Never, have I EVER, been treated so poorly at an eating establishment in my entire life. I've worked in food service for years and try to give nothing but the upmost respect to my guest, so just listen to my experience at Dallas Pizza. My friend and I walked in. First off we were completely ignored at the counter by a VERY rude woman. I think she was the mother of the kids working there. She completely snubbed us off until a younger man came over and asked us "what do you need?" We ordered our sandwiches waited about 8 to 10 minutes then the lady threw the bag on the counter and muttered "you're good," or something like that. Not to mention while we ordered we had to listen to her scream at her staff the whole time. So I drive 25 minutes back to my friends house only to discover my sandwich was completely incorrect. I called and politely asked the young man who answered the phone if my problem could be rectified with a refund or the correct sandwich. He says "hold on a minute, " and says WITHIN EARSHOT OF THE PHONE, "hey you know that lady that came in and ordered the salami sandwich? Yeah, the ugly one with the painted on eyebrows?" I immediately started saying, "I can hear the rude things you're saying about me!" I kept repeating it until someone got back on the line because I was so angry. The man gave the phone to the woman I had spoken of earlier and she immediately became defensive, denied what the boy had said when I clearly heard him and said she would not refund my money unless I brought the sandwich back. (I was asking for a full refund at this point on account of the rude comment.) She continued to argue with me, so I finally said "Fine. Forget it. I will make sure everyone in the Concord area hears horrible things about you." She said, "f*** you, too!"
