I'd particularly like to give a shout-out to Jen who not only guided us through all of the planning steps leading up to the big day, but also was kind enough to go to the store after her set up was done and pick up more ice for us for our self-furnished beverage station. Many caterers would have treated this as a "not my problem"situation since we weren't paying them to provide beverages, but she went above and beyond to help ensure our event was a success. I have zero reservations about calling Jen at Great Circle for help planning our next big event and neither should you!

At a recent wedding, just such a thing happened, and it was because of Keri's quick thinking and professionalism that this cake was saved. As we went to photograph the couple cutting their cake, everyone noticed that the 3-tier cake was tilting and sliding...... and someone needed to act fast. Keri calmly rushed in and literally held the cake up with her hands with just seconds to spare before it toppled. We successfully got our photos, and Keri quietly and confidently communicated with her staff exactly what was needed to move the cake and save it so it could be cut and enjoyed by the guests. Not only that, but the entire meal service was delicious and savored by all. The butternut squash ravioli with maple cream sauce and candied pecans was especially a favorite!

The meatloaf was more mushy almost like the hamburg had been put in a food processor. Others at our table also noted that lots of salt was needed on their meals too. Dessert was a misfire for one of my table companions as we had ordered two sundaes and an apple empanada. They delivered the two sundaes and a crème brûle . They apologized and took the brûle away to get the empanada but we had finished our sundaes and were still waiting for their dessert to arrive. All that time the server never came back to the table to check on us or apologize. Don't think I'd go back here again
