Ordering my cake dummies online was pretty painless! I chose to pick up my foam directly from the warehouse to save on shipping. I knew I was going to be in Dallas, so I placed my order about a week before arriving. I never got a confirmation that my order was ready for pick-up. I called a day before I was hoping to be getting the foams, and was told my order had been ready for a few days! I wish I had received some sort of notification. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!! I can not express my EXTREME disappointment and frustration enough. This company took my money, never shipped me my cake dummies until I had my bank fraud department calling them. Then they did not cancel my order and refund my money, but instead shipped me my items over a month late after I had already refused acceptance of them. I have now spent the last 3.5 weeks trying to get them to send me a return shipping label and pick their box back up!! I had to spend almost double the money at another foam company in order to get my foam pieces in in time for my needs due to this horrible company's BAD business practices. The second company I went with would have been the same price if I didn't have to pay rush shipping to get my items to me in time due, again, to Dallas Foam's ridiculous actions. I asked around on my business forums from similar businesses to mine and I am most definitely NOT the only one experiencing these problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD COMPANY. I am a huge small business supporter and have never written such a horrible review on anyone, but I will scream this one from the roof tops if I can.
