Since then, they appeared to have opened another location on McKinney Ave with a coffee shop!! FATHACK!! I can't tell you how excited I am about this! If anyone ever wants to meet up for coffee, I'm a bit sad when Starbucks or anywhere else is suggested because it's usually not beneficial to my #bodygoals. However, FATHACK has a menu full of different flavors for delicious low carb/sugar bulletproof coffee and THE BEST KETO CUPCAKES!! Now, I'm not going to lie- the prices are are pretty steep compared to what you might get at another coffee bar that serves bulletproof, like Whole Foods. But I'll always choose Fathack over Whole Foods because of the customer service and swanky atmosphere. I do have a customer request if the owners get around to reading this: can you please add Himalayan salt and cacao on your menu? Regardless if you can make this happen or not, I have a feeling I could keep you guys open by myself considering how frequently I come in! I sincerely hope you guys will blow up the DFW area with your business adventures! Y'all are the best!!

Chris is very off-putting and not very personable and I didn't feel very welcome at first but the massage went okay. I decided to go back a second time because I felt like it helped in some ways, but he really hurt me this second time. I could feel my shoulder blade popping a lot and when I winced he whispered into my ear just "you feel that?". Then he had the audacity to give me a hard time for having a "stiff neck" and said it was "all in my head". I have been feeling crappy all day the next day. I was trying to give him a chance but honestly he is rude and I think I can do better. He is not very welcoming to newcomers nor is he gentle at times. I would say that if he just kept his mouth shut instead of acting like a know-it-all, the process would have maybe garnered him 3 stars. Besides, if something were wrong, all he had to do was tell me to relax and help me with releasing more tension for him to work with. Don't give me flack for something that I can't help. I'm still nervous and new to massages as a way of therapy. Not a great way to keep a customer. I won't be coming back. Too expensive to have someone treat me like garbage and also make me feel bad too. Would give zero stars if I could!!!

I would cross paths with Lucy at Veterans events and always thought to myself she looks like one…read moretough woman that you would not want be on the wrong side of. I then found out she was trainer through a friends posts on FB but didn't really commit to wanting a trainer then. Then I received another sign when I saw a business card that had the 1stPhorm logo on it(a supplement company I started following in 2015). I picked it up and Lucy's name was on the other side and I thought oh wow she's also affiliated with 1stPhorm. I still toyed around with the idea of getting a trainer but still not committed yet. Early 2018 I decided to start making changes and getting healthier on my own. March I lost my uncle due to heart attack, I kicked my own ass for another few months going from 320 down to 265lbs with lots of cardio, crash dieting and energy drinks and fat burners. Guess what I fell off the wagon and started to gain my weight back. November 2018 I put my foot down and said nope not going back and contacted Lucy and said I'm ready to commit to changing my life. I gave you some of my back story because I was nervous about getting a trainer (how can I afford one?), I was lacking confidence in myself to go work out in a big box gym and not know what I was doing, I was afraid of being judged by others. I was unsure of how to build and structure routines and etc. It is an investment to get a trainer, eat right and etc but it is an investment in yourself that if you stick to and learn the ropes the investment is well worth the life style you will gain. So what happens when you decide to commit to Lucy and CabaFit? Day 1. We met up and talked about all the above and talked about my goals. We talked about my nutrition, current health issues and habits and then we assessed my current weight, measurements and posture. Lucy made the process professional, fun and she handled with care. ( for some I could see how this can be personal and hard news to hear, but you have to know where you're at in order to start). From there we hit the floor running. There is not one day of training that is duplicate of a prior session. Lucy keeps your body guessing what's next. (That is a good thing and you'll learn why). She will also adjust your meal plans throughout your training with her, you'll learn how food is now used as fuel for your body vs fuel for comfort. So, if your a newbie to fitness & nutrition, prior jock who let things slide after high school (that's me), a Veteran (Lucy is an Army Vet) or someone who is experienced that wants to sharpen your skills, hit up Lucy and find out how she can help you develop your lifestyle that will help you achieve your goals and live your best life. 11/2018=270+lbs 07/2019 = 232lbs Steven
