Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again if I ever need to move a pool table in the future.

You can go anywhere and find a Pocketed pool table but it's rare to find carom tables so I'm happy they do have that so people who do play can enjoy that. The place is alcohol and smoke free so that's another really big plus for me. I hate going out to play pool and there's drunk people running around and the whole place just smells like ash. I'm trying to play pool, not go to the club. The tables were nice, big full size tournament tables and they have a ball return into a rack so that was pretty dope. The felt felt really really fast. Barely any power and the cue ball was flying Only reason this place is not 5 stars is that it's kinda pricey. It's 17 an hour. Although it is a little pricey, I can see myself definitely coming in more often. The ambiance is very good. No drunk people, no ash, no club music. Just pool.

Haha this place is a rip off, straight price gouge! Let's…read morestart with the prices for both 8/9 ball and carom tables on a weekday which is 18$/hourly.. they're ripping everyone off. I went in; asked the price and walked out. This is the place for people that speak their language ("K-Town") as they call it. The people willing to pay those prices are new to the US or never learned English. Now they're obligated to actually pay 18$ an hour because if they go anywhere else they won't be able to communicate. No wonder this place accepts "Credit cards" you're going to need one if you don't know any better.. lol.

From the time I bought the table, with Michael at the "BOSCO" office helping me select the table and finishing the sale, to my install appointment every step was done professionally attentive to quality service detail. Evan and Sam called me as scheduled and met me at my house to go over the steps and plan for the install. When the install was done, they cleaned up the room and moved all their tools and equipment back to their truck quickly and very efficiently. I could not have asked for a better install crew and professional engagement. I work in the service business my self as a Field Service Engineer, so I can certainly appreciate their work. I absolutely recommend this business for game-room installs. Thank you all so much for a seemless install! Well do business again im sure. Paul G

Trey & Justin were in & out quicker than expected. Very professional, respectful and personable. Everyone I spoke with was very nice & thorough! Trey even leveled the table, didn't realize it was off. The cost for their services were also less than others, never felt like I was being upsold on anything, and they certainly could have sold me a higher grade material. I would highly recommend Universal Billiards to anyone who needs their services.

This isn't just "a little loud" -- it's often over 90 dB, which is nightclub-level volume. When it's that loud you cannot hear the person standing next to you without yelling. Teammates can't communicate, captains can't talk to players, and calling shots becomes ridiculous because no one can hear anything. Pool is a game that requires concentration and communication. When the music is blasting like a nightclub, it completely ruins the environment for the people who are actually there to play league. Unfortunately, the volume has reached a point where it's not just annoying -- it's unhealthy. Prolonged exposure to sound levels over 90 dB can cause hearing damage, and after dealing with it week after week I'm being forced to stop playing here because of the sound levels. It's incredibly frustrating to show up every week knowing you're going to spend the entire night yelling just to talk to your own teammates while also worrying about your hearing. Rack & Tap needs to decide what it wants to be -- a pool hall for league players or a nightclub with pool tables in the way -- because right now it's doing a poor job of being either.

The venue is designed to resemble a Prohibition-era speakeasy, with an entrance accessible through a rotary phone inside a red telephone booth (which actually works!). Our tour was led by Jamie, who shared his extensive knowledge as he guided us through the Prohibition Era alongside our concierge, Landon. The speakeasy features stunning floors made of 120-year-old Italian wood, beautifully decorated with art, books, and a selection of premium entertainment and spirits. Patrons can request "prescriptions," which are 2oz alcoholic shots inspired by the owner's grandfather, who was a pharmacist. Cocktails and friendly service was provided by Emma and Kyle, their services were a nod to Bob Ruede, RPB's renowned Intoxicologist, along with other award-winning bartenders recognized for their excellence in service and hospitality. Eric, the Cigar Attendant, is knowledgeable about how to properly enjoy an exceptional cigar experience. The Mafia Room is an exclusive space perfect for guys' and girls' nights, intimate events, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. While Red Phone Booth offers exclusive membership tiers with premium perks, you don't need to be a member to enjoy the Prohibition experience.
