Service from Michael at the Spring Valley location and Rita in Plano was fantastic. It's genuinely sad that employees like them will be losing their jobs. We shopped over Memorial Day weekend and found several great deals, though we also passed on a few items that didn't quite feel discounted enough yet. A quick check back just a few days later showed inventory is pretty thin. We're looking forward to enjoying our new furniture in our new home.

I have always loved Weirs and been a customer of those for all of my adult life (bought my first bedroom set from them at 18). Honestly, I have seen better sales while they were in full operation. It seems though the signs said discounts up to 30%, most of what I saw was only 10% off so it was hard to see the value in that. The service was good. It's sad to see good people losing their jobs. I did tell a few people who really demonstrated good service about the fact that the company I work for is hiring. There are still a lot of nice pieces left and several high end mattresses at a fair price, so if you are in the market it's probably worth the look!

This place hooked me up excellent. I bought an amazing couch here for $350 (new). When I was looking at two other stores in the DFW area, the SAME exact couch was priced at $60 more expensive and $500 more expensive. Yes, you can get the same couch here for $500 less than other stores in the DFW area. That's INSANE. They also have a clearance section in the back with returned furniture that is marked down to dirt cheap prices. I got a like new night stand for $35, an amazing bookshelf for $57 and a solid TV stand for $90. A new dresser here cost me $250, new kitchen table was $100 and as I said earlier my couch was $350. That's a total of $882 to furnish an entire apartment with high quality furniture. I have friends that have spent over three grand furnishing their place! The deliver service they utilize is a bit pricey ($85 flat rate) but it beats hiring movers. The guys working here are super friendly and don't try to push you into buying anything. This place is where you want to visit if you don't feel like spending a fortune on furniture but still want high quality stuff.

The retail location referred us to this outlet location, and we're very thankful they did. In fact, some of the same items we looked at that were 400$ at their retail location, were $180 at their Outlet store. This place is a bargain for high quality furniture. It's clear their stock changes regularly, so I highly recommend checking this place out on the regular. Interestingly enough, one of the new chairs we bought had a rental return that matched, so we got a matching pair of designer high quality chairs for a steal. Be sure to look at the entire store. The facility isn't as nice as the other one, with this one having more of a warehouse feel. I'm not even sure it's as big as the retail location, but you're not here for the facility anyway. You're here cuz you're going to save a fat stack on some furniture. Marco was really helpful and very knowledgeable about the furniture. He showed us everything and was very informative. Francisco was nice and friendly, and was even flexible when my wife demanded pillows that went with a different couch... even though we had already paid. Delivery was smooth. We actually purchased items at both locations, and the delivery company owner Alex picked up items from both stores to deliver them for us on one delivery, and for a bargain! Alex and his crew was very familiar with furniture delivery and all furniture was delivered without any marks on the new items or on the property. He was about 10 minutes early even. To top it off, I negotiated with Alex to move my existing furniture out of the way for the new furniture! I'm no Charlie Sheen, but 'Winning!'

UB has been great from start to middle. I say that due to Shuffleboard still in process of being built. But it all Started with Cooper. We spent a couple hours with Cooper on what all we wanted and he was so patient. I wanted a pool table with a shuffleboard table too. My Pool table was delivered and it is absolutely awesome. The look is above and beyond what I expected. Due to it needing to be built there was no way to say exactly what the finished product would look like. Patrick and Bryan came out and set it up. They answered all my questions and both worked hard in making sure I put it in the right spot. I bet we walked around it a 100 times making sure it had all the clearance needed. They finished and I was so impressed with all the suggestions Cooper had and Bryan and Patrick's final setup. Great communication through out. Absolutely the best decision I could make. So looking forward to my Shuffleboard coming soon. read more

We arrived with intentions of buying an Air Hockey table and although the table was equivalent in quality to those at Dave & Buster the selection and affordable prices of pool tables made us change our mind. Daniel was extremely patient and informative. Delivery was prompt and on time, definitely a plus. They were helpful with explaining best placement of pool table and maintenance. Exceptional customer service by Thor and Giraffe! We had previously ordered three air hockey tables from Amazon and all were delivered damaged. We went to Universal Billiards in Plano and were so impressed first by the salesman and then the exceptional delivery and set up by these two guys!
