Just bought a really nice 7 foot legacy table from these guys and had it setup in my apartment in Irving Texas. The team, Evan and Sam, did a fantastic job getting it done. From the time I bought the table, with Michael at the "BOSCO" office helping me select the table and finishing the sale, to my install appointment every step was done professionally attentive to quality service detail. Evan and Sam called me as scheduled and met me at my house to go over the steps and plan for the install. When the install was done, they cleaned up the room and moved all their tools and equipment back to their truck quickly and very efficiently. I could not have asked for a better install crew and professional engagement. I work in the service business my self as a Field Service Engineer, so I can certainly appreciate their work. Terrible experience. I spoke with Andrew about a specific item - he said it was at his Farmer's Branch location. I immediately went to the store to buy it and it had been sold at least the day before. He had no idea what was in stock and completely wasted my time!!! Go with these guys - TRUST ME. Every part of the experience from the showroom floor and David their salesman, to the two young guys that came to our home and installed the table was professional, convenient and enjoyable! These guys know their stuff and don't cut corners. There is another pool table store down the road but they have WAY less selection, they are far less knowledgeable, and they can't offer as much when it comes to getting the appropriate pool table in your house from start to finish.
