I thought I could pay the labor and return it for a new table. They ended up charging me around $1,400 in a return fee. I called several times and tried to talk to the manager with no success. They took this table and put it back on the floor and sold it as new again. needless to say I would find a more cooperative place to purchase items of this sort. read more

One of the items had an issue, but they got it corrected ASAP. Overall they carry a good selection of game & media room items: pool tables, shuffleboard, darts, full-size arcade games, Foosball, bars, cocktail tables, chairs, etc. They also have supplies and accessories for the items they sell. Tells me nothing he can do and wants To sell me more darts for half off!?!? Couldn't replace a $25 product on a defect? So, I typically load up my Ford Flatbed with about 175 lbs of cow manure Monday mornings. This is my my own cows manure. We sell the grass fed stuff to the Plano nursery weekly. Great experience from start to finish! i had done my research and knew what I wanted. Now I just needed pricing. Most places I emailed asking for a price would reply that I needed to call or come by to discuss. I'm a sales guy myself and this really annoys me. I know what I want, and I don't want to be sold to. However, this wasn't the case Universal Billiards. I emailed them a very direct question about price and Zach responded almost immediately, answering my question exactly. At that point, I went in and purchased my new shuffleboard table. While in the store, Zach continued to be very helpful, not overly aggressive, and I ended up spending 40% more on a custom shuffleboard table. The next part was scheduling a delivery. Once again, they worked with my schedule (had a few trips planned out of town) and my table was to be delivered just a few days later. I walked out very excited about my new purchase. Delivery. They told me they would get there at 9am. Well, we've all been there, waiting and waiting. However, this time they were the ones waiting! I happened to look out the window at 8:59am and the two delivery guys were waiting outside in their truck until 9am, right when they said they would be there. The two guys delivering and installing the table were very professional, worked well together, and did everything perfectly.
