I am writing this review as I'm sitting in the restaurant and eating; If you don't want to read my whole experience I wrote about, here's the conclusion; the fresh food is extremely good. Also it's a plus that you can order any specialty pizza you want. Can't beat all you can eat and drink for around $12. Staff is also very kind and owner came up to me and my brother thanking us for coming in. All you can eat and drink (soda, coffee, slushy, tea all included) at a reasonable price (roughly $12 for lunch after taxes added). Huge plus that they make specialty pizzas if requested! For my first plate the fruit was fresh, salad was good, but dressing was a little watery. My second plate consisted of bread, lasagna, salmon, and a slice of cheese pizza. Bread was soft, lasagna was okay (can kind of tell it's been sitting out a little bit), pizza is mildly cold and greasy and I can tell it's been sitting out. For my third plate, I requested they make a buffalo chicken pizza and a Nutella with Strawberry pizza. The buffalo pizza is really good and what I'd expect if every pizza came to the buffet fresh. This place is amazing! Everything carb related is delicious and I could seriously live off the breadsticks and garlic knots alone. The pizzas are delicious too. This was a first time coming here .. thinking it would be good looking at their reviews . We were so wrong , we were advised to make a reservation since it was Mother's Day , so we did. When we got there the place was literally empty, maybe 2 tables had people there. Then the worker kept asking us what kind of pizza we wanted and that they were kebabs coming out. We waited patiently for the new food to come out for the buffet. No new pizza , no buffalo wings, no kebabs. Then since we felt forced to eat the whatever food that was there, as we were getting ready to leave , the worker then says that all the Mediterranean food comes out at 7:30! I wasn't going to leave a review but, I have to. This is a long one too.. I have been going to this establishment for years and years. I have never had any issues with customer service ever. I'm writing this with the understanding that they just reopened their business and we have Covid-19 going. I placed my delivery order around 5:25pm through their app and the delivery company they use is Slice. Slice sent confirmation that the delivery would be between 6:10-6:20. O.K. perfect. 6:40 rolls around and nothing. Was informed to contact Slice since they were the company delivering. Called and got transferred then hung up on. Called back and they were able to place me on hold to call Dalia's to get an update. Slice comes back on to tell me the store said they were finishing the order and it would go out in 2 mins. It will be delivered in 10 mins. Time goes by and 7:10 still no food. I care for my mother who has Dementia/Alzheimers and has medication that needs to be taken with food. I decide to call Dalia's. As I speaking to the lady on the phone she starts making excuses and saying they are backed up and that Slice is giving incorrect information. Needless to say I was getting heated so I raised my voice to her and said well since your the company I'm ordering from, you should be on the phone telling Slice not to be telling customers incorrect information. She starts screaming at me and I start screaming at her and she hangs up on me. I go to the location mind you we still have not received our food and it was now 7:35. I walk in and asked for the manager. A gentleman approches and he starts talking to me. As he is talking the lady that hung up on me comes out and starts screaming at me in front of everyone in the store and hitting the countertop stating she wants me out of her store. She owns the store and she wants me out. I said you can call the cops, I'm not leaving until this is situated. Her husband is now telling me to stop yelling at his wife that she is the owner blah blah blah! Finally, their daughter got the mom to walk away. I delt with the husband and explained to him that we have never received such service from them ever. We spoke and as I was talking to him our order was finally delivered at almost 8pm. I told him that I would apologize for raising my voice to her as long as she would do the same. She wouldn't even come out and speak to me. Here is the deal. On a normal day I would have knocked this chick out but because all going on and her daughter was standing right there I wanted to be the bigger person. We all work hard for our money. When we choose to spend that money I myself like to go to an establishment that I appreciate and I'm happy to spend my money there. Thus, the reason we ordered from here in the first place. If it wasn't from the customers there would be no business to run. This was handled in the most unprofessional manner. Even after I was willing to apologize and the owner of the establishment refused! She was the one that came out screaming and slamming her hand on the counter top. I apologized to the husband. Came home and the food tasted like crap. 60 bucks down the drain, bad customer service and I will never go here again. read more

Received a XL BBQ Chicken Pizza & Buffalo Wings last night. The overall delivery was horrible as it took forever to receive. The wings were decent, could have used a bit more sauce. The pizza was okay, very bland. It could have used more or a better more flavorful bbq sauce, add bacon, and take off the cilantro. Also as a tip, I couldn't find anywhere online the toppings that came on any of your toppings so how am I supposed to know what to request to be taken off? I came here about a week or so during the lunch hour with my family. Usually we get the buffet but to our surprise there wasn't going to be a buffet that day. The owner who is so kind and attentive explained to us that there was unfortunately too much food waste going on with the buffet which is understandable. That day we stayed and ordered off the menu, usually my family and I usually only eat the pizza, wings and garlic knots because those are our favorite things to get from the buffet. But unfortunately everything that doesn't get eaten will go to waste so i think this is a good alternative to the buffet but not only that you get what you want at an affordable price with less food waste. We tired this place out this past weekend and we loved it! The best part about this Pizza buffet/Mediterranean grill restaurant is that you can request the pizza you want and they'll make it fresh for you! A show stopper dish they had that tasted amazing was their dessert pizza which had Nutella and strawberries on top. Very unique. Their buffet is $13.99 for dinner and $11.99 for lunch (adults). Ordered delivery through Eat24, the delivery time listed when I placed my order was 45-60 minutes. The food was delivered 1hour & 36 minutes after my order was placed. My order had incorrect items and the food was like warm. Eat 24 contacted me about the service and I told them what happened. The response from the restaurant was that they thought the order was delivered in a timely manner based on what time the driver left & came back from the order. I took a snap shot of time right when the doorbell rang and it was 1hr:36mn:50sec To me, having food delivered 30-45 minutes after when it's expected is not a "timely manner". They did refund me for the items that were incorrect in my order. The food was ok.... Prob won't be ordering again. read more
