Bixby Knolls with the first shop on Pine Street DTLB. The vibe here is classic. I love the wood, easy lighting and those awesome chairs - feels like a classic old barbershop. They offer all barbershop services here. They have an online reservation system, but note you need to pre-pay in order to book your appointment. It's a bit different and I had a hard time prepaying, but it was fine in the end. I have been going to my barber for like 8 years. Is it farther than his last shop? Yes, but he is worth it. Check them out at either of their locations and if you need a new barber, ask for Mario at the Bixby Knolls location.

He's always on time and always ensures he uses my appointment time to its fullest, considering every detail of the cut. I've also seen him cut all kinds of hairs (men and children) and never seen a dissatisfied customer. There is a sense of camaraderie between all the workers at this shop which makes up for a great atmosphere to be in. They'll always be playing great music or might even have a sports game on.
