He told me that we didn't need a new thermostat, but the installers would know more and would install one if necessary. Our install went great, but a few days later we noticed large pools around the unit and called Tom just to be sure it was normal (new homeowners). He seemed concerned and said it is not normal and he'd look into it right away. I had to call HIM back after waiting almost a week to hear back. His response was, "oh that's perfectly normal." Not sure what changed, but would've been nice to know instead of worrying. Fast forward to the first day we turned on our heat. Every time the heat kicked on, the AC unit also turned on. I'm no expert, but I knew that wasn't normal. So we called and made an appointment for someone to come look at it, because again, they seemed concerned. When they called to confirm my appointment, the lady on the phone said that we didn't need our appointment, we just need to turn our tan off of auto. Well, it kept happening, so I called AGAIN to make a NEW appointment. The guy who came out was very polite. They thought someone who installed made an error in electrical. After searching, he decided it needed a new thermostat. Surprise, they only have one style available and it's $250. Then he tells me I owe an $80 service call fee. I don't expect everything for free. However, no one ever said we were having connection issues with the thermostat at the install, and they thought they made an error in the install, so I was not expecting to have to pay that. If my mechanic thought he made an error on my car; he wouldn't charge me another diagnostic fee. So I called and just explained my thoughts behind this all, and Tom heard me out, but wasn't very helpful. He said he would talk to a manager and get back to me on how to resolve this. I have yet to hear back and it has now been two months. Great field employees but horrible customer service in the office.

Been a Landmark customer for 12 years. One day I smelled gas near their LP tank that sits on our…read morelot. I called and they came out and fixed it, but by then a lot of gas was lost. (The technician they sent was very good.) We had the tank filled to a certain level recently, so it was easy for me to estimate the amount that was lost. But it was a struggle dealing with Craig, the manager. He offered to replace a much lower amount, and said that it was more than fair. I disagreed and told him how I came up with the amount that was lost. Craig wouldn't budge, and refused to let me talk to someone else. This one star review is for cheating us out of the gas that was lost because of their faulty equipment, and for being so hard to deal with.

The lights flickered several times which was at least one time too many. Normally my Lennox unit shrugs that off but not this time. I called All Comfort Services today and they were able to send Monte A. on the same day. He's the man! All he had to do was be in the house and his aura was enough to bring that dead unit back to life! (Seriously!) He said he just checked the outside unit and it seemed to be blowing hot air indicating it was working. Honestly it wasn't working when I checked it the evening before - my aura must be old & tarnished. Like me. Good thing Monte's isn't. Just the trip charge - worth it. I've made a service appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated on the furnaces and air conditioning unit and I'm certain whomever they send will bring the aura, too. We are comfortable once again.

All Comfort Office and Service Staff always seem friendly, explain things, give us the cost up front, and when done All Comfort has cleaned up and leave the place clean. The installation was piece of cake for Jim and Justin, they did great job and also ahead of time. Jim explained how to use the new thermostat and walked us through all the new equipment.Can't say enough about Shackelford!! Special note about Mike Hoffer (the owner), he was incredibly helpful, responsive on the first or second ring of my call and assisted us choose a unit and answer many questions through the weekend; and they were able to get a new unit installed for us within 2 days. It's a small company with a small crew but their customer service was excellent; pricing seemingly competitive. I definitely recommend this small but very competitive for HVAC system assistance.

The salesman, who is very knowledgeable and surprisingly honest, told me my furnace could be repaired for under $1,000. He could have just quoted me for a new furnace like all the others but didn't. I was thrilled. Josh, who had 30+ years experience, came in, found the problem, and my bill was $230. Who does that? I hope something else breaks so I can feel this good again.
