It's been over 4 months and still no license plate and registration in the mail. I'm not sure if the dealership completed the paperwork correctly because they ignore most of my emails and they dont return phone calls. As far as i know, the DMV paperwork they filled out and i signed is in the trash. Go to a better dealership that knows how to fill out and submit paperwork and wont ghost you if they screw up. As far as i know, my truck is unregistered with no license plate and it can be towed and impounded by the police if i get pulled over. Avoid this place. They will take your money and screw you.

They pushed me to sign documents saying when I came back the next day with a deposit, I could change terms. Lie #1(But make sure to tell the bank you already put the money down if they call) Lie #2 I came back next day and said I want to buy the car cash in full and also take off the $4000 warranty, and the theft and appearance protect for another $1200 they they just added hoping I wouldn't notice. I was told taking the warranty off would put the car in repo status (huh?!) Lie #3 and I couldn't pay in full ;it was impossible because financing had already gone through Lie#4 (as the bank didn't even have me in the system for another couple days) They denied telling me I could change terms when I brought the cashiers checks Lie#5 PLUS the dealer YELLED at me threatening to take me to court and did not assist me any further. I told one rep I'd be back the next day when Dick cooled off. At this point a 24,000 vehicle is becoming a 35,000 vehicle. I was told the interest rate would be 6%; It is 10.64. Lie #6. I talked to the bank ( who still didn't have me in the system) and they told me to provide the down payment and they would talk to me the next month regarding payoff. Please use this as a cautionary tale; double check everything. Question everything. If the guy is putting out slimy vibes, listen to your gut and don't let him distract you by talking your ear off while you are signing documents...also know your rights!
