Ummmm..... try listening to the consumer. Credit them back the extra they payed that they didn't get. I even tipped $20 cash for just over $100 tab. I'm not driving 45 minutes for a sandwich that could have just been solved with a simple credit back, but sadly, this management is not capable of doing such a simple task. Very poor service and will not patron this establishment going forward. Shameful service.

What's not to love about Henri's?…read more I originally patronized the bucket location due to its close proximity to work. The location being centrally-located in my neighborhood makes it great for a quick bite for lunch or dinner. No matter the sandwich salad or other bakery options, freshness will always be guaranteed in consistent, no matter the location you visit.
