This is the last stop on my search for a nail salon. I would like to start this review with the lovely folks at the desk, Crystal and Lea. I have just recently met Crystal and she was so sweet and helpful, I look forward to encountering her again the future. Lea on the other hand, I have the pleasure of knowing her from the beginning and I can't say enough kind things about her, she's made sure everything went smooth for me even when there were some bumps in the road thank you, Lea I'm going to move on saying that their new establishment is lovely, clean and welcoming. Hana the owner watches over everything, making sure everything runs like a well oiled machine, she should be very proud of her accomplishments in this very well run business Now for the star of "my" show (they are ALL stars) "Snow" She has done such a beautiful job on my nails fixing mistakes that were made and remembering things from our previous encounters she is so sweet and kind and caring I will forever be loyal to her as a customer.. I absolutely love Daisy nails! I always recommend this nail salon to all of my friends and family. Everyone is friendly, the place is clean and luxurious. They left my toe nails looking amazing I've been coming here for 2 1/2 years already.

I went here today, took my daughter and two friends because it was my daughters birthday. Oh boy was I impressed ! Not only did they make my baby feel special , but they were so nice to the girls , there was a little confusion with the designs for kids (on my part) but they were so kind and simply took care of it. Both receptionists there are AMAZING. Will definitely be going back and telling everyone about them. 10/10.

Get ready Ladies and Gentlemen for the most wonderfully peaceful experience of your life! Daisy Nails has re-opened a brand new spa! It's much larger than the last one accommodating 36 clients in the most beautiful, comfortable chairs! Triple A class! The chairs do any kind of massage you want. They even have a warmer on your seat so you can have both heat and massage! The salon also does eyebrow treatments by professionally trained personnel. Daisy's range of colors are exquisite for your nails and she has a phenomenal amount of packages you can purchase. I opted for the Herbal Detox Pedicure which is $90 but so worth it. I took pictures of the process for you to see. If you want the candle wax instead of the hot rocks the candle wax is put on your legs and is not hot only warm and soothing and it smells so fragrant as though you have roses all over your legs. They have a warm fragrant spray that comes out and sprays onto your legs while you are getting your pedicure. Everyone speaks very good English and they are all such beautiful people! I really love all of them. While you are being blessed by them they bring you soda, tea, coffee and snacks. For the ones getting the packages you get wine or mimosas. Snow did my nails and Anna my feet and they are two of the most incredible and intelligent women. Hana and her husband own the salon. She named it after her daughter Daisy who is just as cute as you can be. The place is immaculately clean and beautiful with all clean lines! It has an open space so you don't feel cramped at all! They now also have two bathrooms and several television screens! My daughters and I drive an hour to get here every 2 weeks and an hour home but this place is so worth it! The owners are so very nice and considerate. Hana has roving eyes that go everywhere to ensure her clients are getting the very best experience of their lives and that it is done right. The receptionist is also so much fun. She has crazy and beautiful nails every week and she makes you laugh. She's a sweetheart. Then they have a new girl but she has the professional performance of a manager that is high up standard wise. She is on top of everything and she sees everything and ensures the spas clients are happy and respected as well as taken care of. Hana is one of the smartest business women I have ever met. She continually gets more and more education to keep up with the latest treatments as well as machines. Hana automatically treats her clients as family and gives you the best advice for whatever you are having done. All her staff are so gracious, intelligent and know what looks classy and beautiful. I will continue to come here every two weeks because they make me beautiful.

I always love coming here. They do try anything I ask for nail designs. Great service and super nice staff. Julie, Hannah, GIGI, and a few others I've not gotten their name are so pleasant. I've been coming here over a year and I always love coming back and trying something new. The new place is big and very welcoming.

They recently moved to a new spot it's so much bigger and better! They're still incredibly quick and incredibly nice. Have never been disappointed. They have complimentary drinks as well. Will always be back.

I got a gel French tip pedi done by Tom and he did such a good job!! The salon is big and they have enough nail techs working so you're in and out quickly! It was also clean, which is super important. They also offer complementary snacks and soft drinks. I definitely recommend and will be coming back!

I want to preface this review by saying that part of this experience is due to my own ignorance and my nails look good. However, I am super frustrated with this shop. I have gone here since they opened a couple years back. I don't go routinely, just when I have an event and more often in summer for pedicures. I got a text March 20th inviting me for 10% off and a birthday gift (pic attached) so I decided to go in today for a pedicure. The person who did my nails was friendly. I picked a color but it was much more bright (neon almost) than it was on the tray. He grabbed a couple options, but all of them were too bright, so I chose to go with a different color. Before he got the different color I asked for, he brought me over a tray of Easter egg colored nails that had a nice color, however, he told me they were gel. I told him I didn't want gel. I have never had it...until today (relevance later). He said ok and brought over the other color I asked for. While he was doing my cuticles, he stabbed me with the tip of the cuticle scissors very hard, which made me jump. He kept pressure on my toe for a couple of minutes before putting it back in the water. This is the second time and the second tech from this place that has cut me with tools! Once he started the paint, he brought over a machine that I now know is for gel. Never having had gel, I thought the machine was just to dry them and he put the machine on after every coat, and kept ramming the tips of my toes with it and it fell twice, once almost into the water. This is where I guess I should have/could have asked what the machine was for, as I'd never seen it before, but again I said I didn't want gel at the polish choosing stage, so I didn't know to be looking for it. When I went to pay, I was quoted $15 over the amount stated on the service menu. I asked why. The person who checked me out did not seem to speak any English, so he asked the tech what I was asking I guess, and the tech said I got gel and that's $15 extra. I said "I told you I didn't want gel." He said I asked for gel, and I said "No, I very specifically told you when you offered me the color from that other sheet that I didn't want gel." He said "Well the color you got is gel too." The color I chose was from the panel of nails they give you to choose from when you come in. Nowhere did it say gel, and I specifically told the tech I did not want gel. So how that all happened, I don't know. So, with the 10% discount, which they did give me, I ended up paying $10 more than the service I wanted and when I asked the person who checked me out what the birthday gift was, he just stared at me. I asked him if it was the 10% because the text says 10% off AND a birthday gift. His response was "Yes I gave 10%." At this point I got frustrated and just left. My nails look good and I guess will last a long time now, but after this experience I definitely won't be back.

Hana did my nails and I can honestly say she exceeds the bar as a owner. Although they are super busy, even in the midst of her doing a full set, she was still caring and ensuring that all her customers were taken care of in a timely matter. If you're waiting for a long time, please give them grace because they truly are more anxious than you about waiting. She offered beverages and the vibe of the shop is amazing. I've been going to them since 2021 when they first opened and I will never ever be going anywhere else. Thanks Hana for all you do & I will be seeing you again!

Best salon that I've been to and I've been going to daily nails since they first opened. Hana the owner never disappoints with her absolutely pristine attention detail and giving her clients exactly what they come in for. Whenever I need something special done I go to her for my nails. I've had my nails done by a lot of the techs here and they all do a great job. The new salon they moved into is even more amazing and I love it. I love that they've become so popular in the AV and could make this happen. Ive recommended this place on multiple accounts to my friends and people who ask me who does my nails. I won't ever go to any other salon as long as I live in the AV.

They work very fast at Daisy nails..they don't take their time. They barely massage you or clean your nails right. I paid 113.00 for Manicure and pedicure and they didn't do a good job. My nails Peeled after two days. I do not recommend this nail salon nor will I ever go back! read more

I'm very disappointed with my latest experience here. To be fair, I went to this salon for the first time in mid-October. I got a spa pedicure (#2) and had intended to get a spa manicure, but halfway through the pedicure I decided to try acrylic nails for the first time. The staff was so helpful and accommodating, and the technician who did the art on my toenails and then did the acrylics did an amazing job. I left a five-star review on Google. I went for a second time at the first of November and got a spa pedicure (#1), plus I had the acrylics removed and asked for some regular polish on my fingernails. The pedicure was good, but not as good as the first time I'd gone. I still had no complaints at all about the technician who did my fingernails. She's really good! Yesterday, I called in the morning to make an appointment that afternoon for just a #1 spa pedicure. The woman who answered the phone said 3:00pm would be perfect. I arrived just before 3:00pm (I'm always on time, if not early!), and was told to have a seat. Nearly twenty minutes later, I was brought back to one of the pedicure chairs to "relax" while I waited. Five minutes after that I asked how much longer and was told it would another 5-10 minutes. At that point I got up and walked out. I can understand if I had been a walk-in. But I always call and make an appointment because I have other responsibilities and don't have the time to sit around and wait indefinitely. Even if that weren't the case, it is ridiculous IMO to book an appointment with a paying client at a specific time and then expect them to wait for over 30 min when they've arrived on time. I drove down to the salon from Rosamond, so I ended up wasting 40 minutes driving plus another 25 minutes waiting, all for nothing! The only reason I'm giving them any stars at all is that I know from the prior two visits that they do good work, and they are very nice there. But that kind of wait for an appointment I scheduled in advance is completely unacceptable. read more

My nails started to fall off and it's only been a week and a half , truly disappointed , they literally come off like press on nails . Super bummed , two days after I got them done I had to go back and get my thumb nail fixed cause the gel came completely off like a sticker , they re did it and fixed underneath the nails due to it having acrylic underneath Mounted on , the nail techs noticed and asked who did them , soon after my nails started coming off and today they all came off like press ons , they were very pretty but didn't last long like My usual 2-3 weeks . Finally service with a smile! Want to be greeted as if your business is WELCOME? Want beautiful decor? Want ENDLESS nail colors, styles and design choices? Want PERFECTLY DONE NAILS? Then Daisy Nails is where you want to spend your money!! In the 2 years I've lived in Lancaster (relocating from the San Fernando valley) I've been in search of the perfect nail salon. I've been to many and I give each two times to get it right. I refuse to give my money to salons who provide sub-par service or who make me feel as if I'm imposing on them or I interrupted their dinner! But from the moment you walk through the doors of Daisy Nails you feel welcomed. You're greeted professionally with a welcoming TONE, you're not RUSHED to "choose a color, choose a color" (I just walked in we're not even to the color part yet!) AND you're offered a beverage!!! Never had that happen ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I had a pedicure and got a full set of acrylics. I've been getting my nails done (acrylics) for over 40 years!!! Yes, starting back in the day when the pricing was $35 for short, $45 for medium and $55 for long (ha! What you know about that?!?) so I know what acrylics are supposed to look like and how they're supposed to be applied and I know when someone is giving me BS service!!! But back to Daisy Nails...everyone is genuinely friendly, professional and they do stellar work. My full set is absolute perfection and my pedicure experience was wonderful! So if you're looking for beautiful nail options, a beautiful unique decor and genuine friendliness, this is the place. Anything you want they can do! And they welcome EVERYONE! I can't believe I have found my one-stop-shop for nails, brows AND lashes! I am so grateful to have found this gem, and I can't believe it took me this long. Beginning with the salon, it is so nice and clean and always smells amazing. This does not smell like your typical nail salon, it smells fresh and clean, and makes you feel like you're in a spa. The staff is amazinggggg to say the least, they are meticulous and perfectionists and will not finish a service until it is completely perfect, I've never experienced this kind of precision and attention to detail. I drive one hour to come to this salon and it is soooo worth it, I'd drive 10 hours if I had to. Mery does an excellent job doing my nails, from the shape to the color, they are smooth and never thick or chunky (how gel sometimes gets.) When doing my lashes, Hana talks me through the process, she understands exactly what I want and always delivers. Not to mention the prices! The services are so affordable considering the high quality care you receive. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are fully satisfied. Me and my sisters went in for what we wanted was 2 manicures 3 pedicures & one full set only 2 predicates and one full set was done. They lost business with us. I got sat down to do a full set and John had assisted me i showed him what I wanted and I said I wanted gel not dip he was rude, then we went to the length of nail and since I wanted it shorter then what HE wanted he got mad and told me he couldn't work with this and that it was ugly short and to move. I mean!!! Wow I was so caught off guard. The manger assisted with the rest of the nails. They came out nice but after that incident I was thrown off I feel like I should've of been offered a discount. I won't come back again . read more

It's a nice salon but I never have consistent services here. I go to get pedicures only now. I've had enough of the lumpy and bumpy nails. I get a gel French tip pedicure every time. This most recent time I tried a different shape of the French tip. She did them and I told her I did not like the shape and showed her the reference picture again and asked if she could redo them. She redid them, but I could tell she was annoyed. I just settled for the final attempt at the French tip. She charged me extra for the gel when that came with the services that asked for... I left unsatisfied with what I got. read more

I recently moved to Lancaster and couldn't find a good place. I took my daughter with me and they were super nice to her. Most places treat kids like whatever but they made her feel special. Got my nails done there for a my wedding with my wedding party. We were a little late so i'll take responsibility for that but they were not ready for us. The technicians were very nice and very chatty which was a first for us lol. They took their time and were very careful with the polish. My only complaint is that they took a walk-in and helped her before helping my friend who at that point had been waiting an hour to be attended to. When we brought it to their attention and told them that we were there first the technician said it was ok. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Daisy Nails. I don't like trying new nail salons, but I'm glad I did. The service was extremely hospitable and prices are very reasonable. I got a full set and a gel pedicure and both are great quality. They also have free snacks scattered all over the salon, and the best thing is that they have over 1000 color choices for your nails. read more

Love this place! I'm so sad that I just found it because now I'm moving :( but they had excellent customer service and asked if I wanted something to drink as soon as I sat down. This is my personal experience at this new salon. I've been looking for a good local nail salon and this one had decent reviews so i wanted to give it a try. What caught my eye was that this salon offered glow in the dark polish and that's what l wanted to get on my toes. I called early morning to make an appointment but the man who answered the phone told me I can do a walk-in. So, i went in for a pedicure as a walk-in now knowing it was going to take me 2 hours to wait for a chair. It was busy for a Saturday morning. After waiting 2.5 hours for a pedicure the nail tech started on my feet. I usually like going to a lady but he was the only one available and I had been waiting there for hours to get a pedicure. He seemed to be in a hurry and told me to pick a color fast. I was taking my time looking at the menu and the different pedicure options. I choose a gel pedicure. And the glow in the dark color which was an extra $5 just for the glow in the dark polish. The nail tech chipped my toenail and didn't even try to even them out or file down my toenail to shape it or make it look symmetrical. He also forgot to do the hot stones on my pedicure/ massage and hurt my foot during the massage! I told him I had surgery on my right foot and to be very gentle and careful. The foot massage wasn't not satisfying nor relaxing. He then started on another client while working on my feet which I thought was very unsanitary and rude. The pedicure total was $65 for gel. I think it's absurd how they charged me an extra $15 for gel and $5 for glow in the dark polish, and the salon didn't have the color I wanted! It was not worth it because my toes DON'T glow in the dark! False advertisement for a glow in the polish. I would've appreciate it if the nail tech could've fixed my chipped nail and polish or offer me a refund. Overall, this place sucks! I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I left unhappy and disappointed with my overpriced pedicure. Don't come here for a pedicure! Below are pictures of my pedicure. read more

I called in to make an appointment ahead of time and when I got there I still waited. I asked for a manicure and pedicure gel. I didn't get what I wanted. My nails chipped the very next day. They offered to fix my nails the next day. I already felt bad having to go back but I did pay for my nails. The person who "fixed" my nails didn't take off the polish completely and just layered it on so it was uneven. My manicure didn't last at all. While they were applying the nail polish the nail polish was dry and they added acetone to it. I'm not sure if that could have been why. read more

Horrible experience. Coworker referred me to this salon and I will NEVER go back. Cindy filed my nails so thin that they hurt even 2 months later. My nails are now tissue paper thin and 4 nails have split and snagged bc they're so thin. I have to keep gel on them now because they feel raw at all times with nothing on them. My nail beds are red and sore in several areas. I told her repeatedly to please stop filing bc it hurt and she didn't listen. As if that weren't bad enough the end result was lumpy thick and uneven. Before coming into the salon I called to see if they did soak offs of gel polish from another manicure and was told it would be $5 for that service on top of the price for the regular manicure I wanted. Once there I asked for the soak off multiple times and they were very confused. The person doing my nails said he could just remove the gel polish through filing so I said that was ok, but he did not fully file it down and the gel polish is still very visible underneath the pink polish I got here because of this there is a chunky layer on the top of my nails making it look as if they are dented. In addition to this the 2 layers of polish were not done evenly and it is very obvious near my cuticles and the sides of almost every nail. A regular manicure should not be this difficult and sadly I will not be returning because of the service I received. This was $30 and I left a $10 tip for his time even if I am unhappy with the results. read more

This salon is great! I was looking for a new place to get my pedicures... I went on Google & found this Nail Salon. They had a lot of good reviews so I decided to try it. I called and asked if they could take me in for a pedi in about 30 minutes and the lady that answered was super nice and said yes. I went in and everyone was very polite and professional, from the girl that greeted me to the guy who did my pedicure. They offered me water and were very attentive. Instead of properly softening them with cuticle cream or allowing them to soak long enough, she briefly dipped my fingers in water (which she dipped from my pedicure water) and then began cutting and pulling at dry skin. It was uncomfortable and did not seem like proper cuticle care. I became so concerned about how my cuticles were being treated that I asked her not to trim the cuticles on my second hand at all. Three days later, my gel polish is already chipping, and my cuticles look damaged and ragged. I've had many gel manicures before and have never experienced this level of poor technique or such short-lasting results. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience was disappointing from both a service and quality standpoint. I would not return.

I had a 10:00 AM appointment and ended up waiting until about 10:50 before my nails were started, which was a little longer than expected for having an appointment. It seemed like they were pretty busy that morning, so I decided to stay and see how the set turned out. I'm glad I did because my nails came out really nice. The shape is clean and even, and the soft pink color looks really polished with a glossy finish. The technician did a great job making sure everything looked neat and symmetrical. I've been looking so long for a nail place and I finally found it. They are so nice here everyone so friendly. They offered bottles water and juices and snacks too. They do designs very well almost everything you show them and they take their time making sure you happy. Reasonable priced.
