This is the last stop on my search for a nail salon. I would like to start this review with the lovely folks at the desk, Crystal and Lea. I have just recently met Crystal and she was so sweet and helpful, I look forward to encountering her again the future. Lea on the other hand, I have the pleasure of knowing her from the beginning and I can't say enough kind things about her, she's made sure everything went smooth for me even when there were some bumps in the road thank you, Lea I'm going to move on saying that their new establishment is lovely, clean and welcoming. Hana the owner watches over everything, making sure everything runs like a well oiled machine, she should be very proud of her accomplishments in this very well run business Now for the star of "my" show (they are ALL stars) "Snow" She has done such a beautiful job on my nails fixing mistakes that were made and remembering things from our previous encounters she is so sweet and kind and caring I will forever be loyal to her as a customer.. I absolutely love Daisy nails! I always recommend this nail salon to all of my friends and family. Everyone is friendly, the place is clean and luxurious. They left my toe nails looking amazing I've been coming here for 2 1/2 years already.

I went here today, took my daughter and two friends because it was my daughters birthday. Oh boy was I impressed ! Not only did they make my baby feel special , but they were so nice to the girls , there was a little confusion with the designs for kids (on my part) but they were so kind and simply took care of it. Both receptionists there are AMAZING. Will definitely be going back and telling everyone about them. 10/10.

Get ready Ladies and Gentlemen for the most wonderfully peaceful experience of your life! Daisy Nails has re-opened a brand new spa! It's much larger than the last one accommodating 36 clients in the most beautiful, comfortable chairs! Triple A class! The chairs do any kind of massage you want. They even have a warmer on your seat so you can have both heat and massage! The salon also does eyebrow treatments by professionally trained personnel. Daisy's range of colors are exquisite for your nails and she has a phenomenal amount of packages you can purchase. I opted for the Herbal Detox Pedicure which is $90 but so worth it. I took pictures of the process for you to see. If you want the candle wax instead of the hot rocks the candle wax is put on your legs and is not hot only warm and soothing and it smells so fragrant as though you have roses all over your legs. They have a warm fragrant spray that comes out and sprays onto your legs while you are getting your pedicure. Everyone speaks very good English and they are all such beautiful people! I really love all of them. While you are being blessed by them they bring you soda, tea, coffee and snacks. For the ones getting the packages you get wine or mimosas. Snow did my nails and Anna my feet and they are two of the most incredible and intelligent women. Hana and her husband own the salon. She named it after her daughter Daisy who is just as cute as you can be. The place is immaculately clean and beautiful with all clean lines! It has an open space so you don't feel cramped at all! They now also have two bathrooms and several television screens! My daughters and I drive an hour to get here every 2 weeks and an hour home but this place is so worth it! The owners are so very nice and considerate. Hana has roving eyes that go everywhere to ensure her clients are getting the very best experience of their lives and that it is done right. The receptionist is also so much fun. She has crazy and beautiful nails every week and she makes you laugh. She's a sweetheart. Then they have a new girl but she has the professional performance of a manager that is high up standard wise. She is on top of everything and she sees everything and ensures the spas clients are happy and respected as well as taken care of. Hana is one of the smartest business women I have ever met. She continually gets more and more education to keep up with the latest treatments as well as machines. Hana automatically treats her clients as family and gives you the best advice for whatever you are having done. All her staff are so gracious, intelligent and know what looks classy and beautiful. I will continue to come here every two weeks because they make me beautiful.

I always love coming here. They do try anything I ask for nail designs. Great service and super nice staff. Julie, Hannah, GIGI, and a few others I've not gotten their name are so pleasant. I've been coming here over a year and I always love coming back and trying something new. The new place is big and very welcoming.

They recently moved to a new spot it's so much bigger and better! They're still incredibly quick and incredibly nice. Have never been disappointed. They have complimentary drinks as well. Will always be back.

I got a gel French tip pedi done by Tom and he did such a good job!! The salon is big and they have enough nail techs working so you're in and out quickly! It was also clean, which is super important. They also offer complementary snacks and soft drinks. I definitely recommend and will be coming back!

I want to preface this review by saying that part of this experience is due to my own ignorance and my nails look good. However, I am super frustrated with this shop. I have gone here since they opened a couple years back. I don't go routinely, just when I have an event and more often in summer for pedicures. I got a text March 20th inviting me for 10% off and a birthday gift (pic attached) so I decided to go in today for a pedicure. The person who did my nails was friendly. I picked a color but it was much more bright (neon almost) than it was on the tray. He grabbed a couple options, but all of them were too bright, so I chose to go with a different color. Before he got the different color I asked for, he brought me over a tray of Easter egg colored nails that had a nice color, however, he told me they were gel. I told him I didn't want gel. I have never had it...until today (relevance later). He said ok and brought over the other color I asked for. While he was doing my cuticles, he stabbed me with the tip of the cuticle scissors very hard, which made me jump. He kept pressure on my toe for a couple of minutes before putting it back in the water. This is the second time and the second tech from this place that has cut me with tools! Once he started the paint, he brought over a machine that I now know is for gel. Never having had gel, I thought the machine was just to dry them and he put the machine on after every coat, and kept ramming the tips of my toes with it and it fell twice, once almost into the water. This is where I guess I should have/could have asked what the machine was for, as I'd never seen it before, but again I said I didn't want gel at the polish choosing stage, so I didn't know to be looking for it. When I went to pay, I was quoted $15 over the amount stated on the service menu. I asked why. The person who checked me out did not seem to speak any English, so he asked the tech what I was asking I guess, and the tech said I got gel and that's $15 extra. I said "I told you I didn't want gel." He said I asked for gel, and I said "No, I very specifically told you when you offered me the color from that other sheet that I didn't want gel." He said "Well the color you got is gel too." The color I chose was from the panel of nails they give you to choose from when you come in. Nowhere did it say gel, and I specifically told the tech I did not want gel. So how that all happened, I don't know. So, with the 10% discount, which they did give me, I ended up paying $10 more than the service I wanted and when I asked the person who checked me out what the birthday gift was, he just stared at me. I asked him if it was the 10% because the text says 10% off AND a birthday gift. His response was "Yes I gave 10%." At this point I got frustrated and just left. My nails look good and I guess will last a long time now, but after this experience I definitely won't be back.

Hana did my nails and I can honestly say she exceeds the bar as a owner. Although they are super busy, even in the midst of her doing a full set, she was still caring and ensuring that all her customers were taken care of in a timely matter. If you're waiting for a long time, please give them grace because they truly are more anxious than you about waiting. She offered beverages and the vibe of the shop is amazing. I've been going to them since 2021 when they first opened and I will never ever be going anywhere else. Thanks Hana for all you do & I will be seeing you again!

Best salon that I've been to and I've been going to daily nails since they first opened. Hana the owner never disappoints with her absolutely pristine attention detail and giving her clients exactly what they come in for. Whenever I need something special done I go to her for my nails. I've had my nails done by a lot of the techs here and they all do a great job. The new salon they moved into is even more amazing and I love it. I love that they've become so popular in the AV and could make this happen. Ive recommended this place on multiple accounts to my friends and people who ask me who does my nails. I won't ever go to any other salon as long as I live in the AV.

I've lived out in Lake LA for over a year now and finally became brave enough to attempt to find a nail shop that I can call mine. Well I think I may have found it! I was a walk in and I sat upfront for about 5 min before I was seated at a spa tub station. Lori was my technician. She was friendly, spoke english, did a great job on my toes and does an amazing job on the foot/leg massage. Thank you! The shop, floor and work stations were all clean, nice and well kept. Huge wall of nail colors. Only down part for me was the price. I paid $70 for the #2 spa pedicure with the gel nail polish. I will have to alternate getting my toes did or my fingernails. I would still go back because the customer service is what made it worth it. read more

Everyone was nice, super friendly and pleasant. This place is my go to when I come this way to visit my parents and trust me there's no Nail salon in Lancaster/Palmdale like this! Walked in and was taken right away, they're usually busy so I recommend booking an appointment or call ahead of time to see if they can take you. Meh...... I had heard good things about this place. Despite the location, I gave it a try. I called, and asked if I could get a pedicure and gel manicure in 20 minutes, and they said yes! We can accommodate you. I walked in, and the place was full of people waiting. I waited 30 minutes to get into a chair, and sat in the chair for another 25 minutes before my pedicure got started. The technician that started my pedicure was nice, started to take my old polish off and told me it was gel (it wasn't), and proceeded to argue with me about it, when she realized she was using alcohol and not polish remover. She began clipping my cuticles quite aggressively and knocked my little toe and I bled a bit. The rest of the encounter was rushed, and awkward and too expensive. Won't return. read more

I called this salon on my lunch to schedule a fill and they had available appointments that same day! I got there and when I got there they were so busy! They were very nice! I loved the way my nails came out! I was surprised when they were able to work around the nails I had previously since I didn't get them done there. I am very pleased with my nails. Hana and Michael did my nails! They were also very quick and thorough, since it was a fill. They did not rush or anything, you can tell they're very passionate nail technicians! Which is awesome! I got a fall color! Definitely will be coming back! There prices are also very affordable! They also have a gender neutral restroom! This nail salon is also very clean!! I was new to area and decided to look up daisy nails there reviews are okay and decided why not because I needed them done ASAP ! I ended up getting a full set and a gel pedicure. JON did my full set he was very knowledgeable and showed me his work but I told him I'm conservative (basic) so I told (showed him) (it's a clear pink color) what I wanted he said no problem , he brought a powder( peachy color) that was no where near what I wanted and asked him for something lighter, he brought another one which was lavender color than brought 2 other powders and I told him I wanted more light (clear pink) he seemed to get agitated and I kept apologizing because I don't want to make him upset then we finally decided on color and he told me after it was glow in the dark , that's not my thing but again I didn't want to make him upset so settled . Then I wanted a design on both ring fingers a heart , one of the hearts is okay but the 2nd heart I made him re-do and still came out horrible but again I didn't want him to get agitated again so I settled , overall it came out good as far as length and French tip . I had a lot of compliments! MARY (I believe that was her name) she did a good job on my pedicure she didn't talk very much but pressure me into getting the $70 pedicure spa combo but kept telling her I was okay with basic because I'm already getting gel which is Expensive. she snipped me once but apologized which I respect because most wont care but overall I loved my pedicure. in total it cost $125 , a bit pricey but it's the atmosphere and quality that really sells . read more

I was desperate for a gel manicure and pedicure on a Sunday. But my search was limited due to several nail salons not being open on Sunday's. I sent out a message to whomever was open through Yelp around 7 am. I got a response from Hannah shortly after. She made an appointment for me several hours later. The space is very cute and clean. I had to wait a bit, but I didn't mind. Both Nam (I think that was her name!) and Hannah did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Both were very friendly and paid close attention to detail. I came here back in March and I was satisfied with service. went here yesterday morning around 11am 08/27/2023 and got a gel pedicure with callous remover. My first issue is that I paid $55 for this service when the price on the menu is $40 for regular polish, so I paid $15 for gel, when I overheard another worker tell another customer it's $6 extra for gel. But I didn't care about that cause maybe she got a discount or something, who knows, I just needed my feet done because i was leaving for a trip in 2 hours. During the service I got cut on my left 3rd toe and the person performing my service slightly burned the tip of my foot with a hot stone and because of that the hot stone massage was around 30 seconds but I didn't complain and still tipped when I left. I was in the passenger seat during my road trip and got to my Destination around 5pm, less than 6hours after leaving the nail salon and the polish has come off of 2 of my toes on my right foot despite me paying extra for gel and only sitting in the car and not even walking around much yet, and now I'm writing this review at 4:23am because I just woke up due to pain and throbbing in my right big toe and it's red and swollen, infected less than 24hrs later. I can't even enjoy my vacation now because my toe hurts so much, I can't imagine wearing a pair of tennis shoes! read more

I went to this salon for the first time hoping that I would finally find a good place near me.I went there for fill and the lady who was serving me first seemed to be very nice and professional.While during my nails and during file she cut my skin near nail and it seems that not only I got the cut but also deep file scratch on my skin.I hope she will see this review and maybe won't repeat the same again with other customers. read more

I really like this salon. Very clean and relented techs here! Hanna the owner is very good at nail art, I have went to John twice and each time he does an amazing job, and he's super sweet AND he's quick! Took my set off and gave me new one with a powder ombré in under an hour. read more

Was looking for a nail shop that would take walk-ins and where I wouldn't have to wait an hour or so for the next nail tech. Noticed that this nail shop had opened in my neighborhood so I thought I'd try them out. So happy I did. I was quickly greeted and assisted within minutes of my arrival. I needed an ombré fill and they were able to assist me with a perfect match considering I had gone to another location for the original set. The staff was friendly and didn't get pushy offering other services. The price is competitive with other shops in the area. I will definitely be back! read more

I came here for gel x and a pedicure. I really liked the work, my nails came out really cute and my pedicure was done nice in regard to cut down nails. Except the polish on my pedicure was messed up and very streaky. So I was a bit disappointed about that. They were just ok. I had scheduled a pedicure and they just sat me in a chair for 30 mins before they even talked to me. I forget the lady who did my pedicure but she painted my toes and not my nails. I got gel polish that should've lasted longer than it did but because they did a sloppy job and painted my skin it didn't last very long on most of my toes. It was a rush job after they left me sitting there. I don't think I'll go back and this was my second time trying them out just because of how close they are to me. read more

I came here on a Thursday night (just 4 days ago) with an appointment for 6:45. I wasn't taken back until 7:30. I had Gel X done with Hana. She told me they would last 3-4 weeks and they literally started chipping the next day. Now, 4 days later, they're chipped in multiple places and one is broken in half. I paid $65 plus tip for nails that lasted not even 4 days. Would not recommend. It was my first time here and I won't be going back. read more

Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages.

During the manicure, the technician was extremely rough with my cuticles. Instead of properly softening them with cuticle cream or allowing them to soak long enough, she briefly dipped my fingers in water (which she dipped from my pedicure water) and then began cutting and pulling at dry skin. It was uncomfortable and did not seem like proper cuticle care. I became so concerned about how my cuticles were being treated that I asked her not to trim the cuticles on my second hand at all. Three days later, my gel polish is already chipping, and my cuticles look damaged and ragged. I've had many gel manicures before and have never experienced this level of poor technique or such short-lasting results. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience was disappointing from both a service and quality standpoint. I would not return.

I had previously stopped getting my lashes done due to issues with burning and poor retention, so I was hesitant to try again. Mimi completely changed that experience. I've been looking so long for a nail place and I finally found it. They are so nice here everyone so friendly. They offered bottles water and juices and snacks too. They do designs very well almost everything you show them and they take their time making sure you happy. Reasonable priced.
