I've been interested in trying the now popular and trending Russian manicure/pedicure service. I was pleased to find this nearby salon offered both! Was even more pleased to call and get a next day appointment for a RUSSIAN PEDICURE. Well, to my immediate disappointment, I went in for my appointment and the technician started running water at one of the normal pedicure stations in the middle of the salon. Russian pedicures are supposed to be dry, mind you. When the technician said she was ready for me and pointed to the pedicure station with basin of water, I reminded her I was getting a Russian pedicure. She proceeds to tell me they soak the feet to clean the bottom of the foot. So, I ask what then makes it different than a regular pedicure especially given the fact its almost $90. She said its because they clean the cuticles. Huh? So...its not a Russian pedicure basically but you are charging for one at a significantly higher cost. Not to mention, the way the Russian pedicure is supposed to take place over what most say lasts about 2 hours, imagine sitting in the middle of a crowded salon for all to see. Needless to say, I declined the service and did not get the pedicure. Don't misrepresent services. You do NOT provide a Russian pedicure. Call what you want -- but don't call it what its not. Luckily this location is near me and I didn't go completely out the way to find what I booked is NOT what they offer. read more

I took my 90 year old mother in to get a pedicure. They seemed completely inconvenienced by the fact that she was in a wheelchair and make her feel like she was such a burden to them. I had to make suggestions so they could accommodate her. They were so rude to her from the beginning but we went a few more times since they were next to her hair salon which we love. Finally they decided that they just didn't want to bother with my super sweet mother and actually blocked my number so that I couldn't make an appointment. When I went in person to find out what was going on, they told me to go down the road to another nail salon which I am so happy I did. The place down the road were so welcoming and treated us like family. I was so grateful to find this new place. Way better! Please do not support Daisy Nails when there are much better places that charge the same prices. read more

I think sometimes reviews are biased so I'm going to just give you facts. I walked in at 10:10 on a Tuesday morning. Asked for a walk in basic pedicure. I was seated in the chair within maybe 5 min. I walked out at 11:10. Between two different women they confirmed that I only wanted basic maybe 3 times total. It was $30 flat. Not including tip. It looks a lot better than if I were to do it myself, but not "flawless" Got a little exfoliation on feet and legs then the warm towel. And she of course trimmed my nails up better than I would have done myself too. In my opinion for the speed, friendliness, quality of work, lack of planning (walk in)- I am happy with how I spent that money. read more

They didn't do what I asked them to do for my nails. They gave me the wrong shape in the wrong color. I tried to ask them at the very end, but they said it'll be fine and they still charge me full price. The prices are absolutely insane like five dollars for chrome are you kidding me? Got my husband and myself in last minute from out of town, they were professional and through. They must have had 6 people book same day pedis and accommodated all of them. I would recommend this place and come back the next time we are in Myrtle Beach. My husband had never had a pedi before and these guys may have created a monster. read more

I just came back from one of my bi-weekly trips to Daisy Nails and Spa. I love coming here. I get wonderful service and a chance to relax a bit from my fairly hectic work. For 5 years, Sandy has been a bright spot in my life. Would absolutely recommend the salon, and Sandy, for manicures and pedicures, especially the lavender scented one. I got a regualr pedicure and a full set. online it says that will be $70 but when I got to the register they went to charge me $80 so I asked why. The guy yelled back to my nail tech then she said to charge $85. no one would give me a reason why they were up charging me. I've made the decision to never go back to this nail salon. I just can't pay 95$ every 2-3 weeks for poor quality. I always get the pedi/gel & mani/dip powder. Today's visit was the last straw. The gentleman who did my pedi was nice as he usually is. The female nail tech seemed bothered by me. She was rough & and told her what she was doing was painful. The quality of my nails was not good at all. I requested tips which she seemed aggravated....the glue she used is literally stuck on my skin making it more painful. I'm done. Came here on vacation and was pretty disappointed. The workers weren't friendly at all! Both me and my sisters fingers were throbbing & hurt by the time our acrylics were on. & my sisters cuticle was bleeding. They didn't seem concerned. The manicure wasn't the worst I've seen but definitely far from the best. My nail tech was rushing through mine and didn't seem to care if there was paint on my skin or cuticles. Wouldn't go there ever again. We both got mani pedis and had different prices too.. way overpriced for the shitty job they did. At least they were wearing masks. read more

My favorite new nail salon!!! I came in for a Super Deluxe Pedicure and it felt like Heaven. My nail technician was skilled and professional. Super chic, elegant place with friendly staff. The pedicure chair gave me a back massage while my feet were being pampered. The establishment offered an extremely clean, relaxing atmosphere that I appreciated. I was really impressed with the individual disposable plastic lining for the pedicure bowl.....super hygenic . Highly recommended! read more

Well, I went to Daisy's Nail & Spa over the weekend because I wanted a fresh set of nails for my vacation. After researching the nearby nail salons I came across this one. The reviews on Google lead me to believe that my experience in the nail salon, (which usually a pleasurable one) would be the same at Daisy's.. unfortunately that is not the case. I got two services done during my almost 4 hour visit (YES 4 HOUR VIST ) to the nail salon. I wanted my set that I had on previously (pictured below) to be taken on and a new set to be put on. I also wanted a regular pedicure. Using Gel Polish for both services. I'm VERY pleased w/ my pedicure! My issue is this botched full set on my hands, Many times during my service I pointed out what I didn't like and I feel like the final product was still horrible! All of my nails are pointing in different directions, they all are shaped differently she took 45 min on JUST my polish. The whole point of gel polish isnt just that it lasts longer it also is cutting the dry time out the equation. But no, I mightaswell just got acrylic, because it took her the same amount of time to apply my polish as it would take another technician to put on and shape a whole new set. I could really go on but I'll post the pics below to really show y'all how they finessed ya dawg & yes my hands are ashy to keep people from seeing how chewed up my nails REALLY ARE. As soon as my friend and I sat down, the man that was doing my pedicure was obnoxious and rude. I asked him if someone was ready to take care of my friend because I wasn't sure if he was going to do my pedi then hers. While he was "massaging" my legs, he was focused on the tv and not doing much. He didn't put my flip flop on until after the polish was done. He yelled at me when I tried to avoid hitting the shoe with my big toe. He still messed up a couple of nails putting my shoe on. This is literally the first time in my life I didn't leave a tip. I've been getting my nails done for over two years now and have never had my nails look this bad. I asked for almond and I get almost like an oval shape. Half of them are crooked and I have a bubbled up piece of skin now on the side of my thumb now that wasn't there before. Definitely was not worth 55$. No wonder the lady didn't ask me if I liked them or not because my response would've been to redo the whole thing. I've been coming here forever now and have been let down a few times now. Despite other reviews, I go here literally every month to get the powder dip manicure and have NEVER had an issue. The last dip manicure they did lasted OVER A MONTH before I felt the need to go back. Their skills and products are amazing.They are all super kind and really good at what they do. They talk and get to know me, they offer wine/soda/water and I overall believe their prices are fair. They are busy every time I go, so I understand why some have maybe felt rushed. These people are rude, do a terrible job, and over charge. They did the bare minimum in every aspect. The shop decor is cute but their main table and pedi chairs are filthy. I got myself a mani pedi, and my cousin a full set and pedi. We both were extremely dissatisfied. Paying a great deal more for horrible customer service, unsanitary environment, and just flat out bad nails should make anyone angry. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

By far the filthiest salon I've ever been to. I should have known immediately when I walked in and there were pedicure nail clippings and acrylic dust everywhere. It was right when they opened too so just shows they aren't cleaning anything properly. The staff was rude and all speaking Chinese to each other like none of the clients were even being acknowledged. I simply asked for a light pink fill and was told they couldn't do it...so I said okay just acrylic and light pink gel over top? Was hassled about that too so in frustration just said do pink something then please. The lady was aggressively filing my nails clearly talking about me/my nails to the lady next to her. Then another lady came in and asked for pink and white acrylic and they told her no too that they would have to paint the white line lol she seemed annoyed and confused as well at why they were being so difficult but sat down too. Then about 2 min later the lady cut a HUGE gash on my cuticle with her DIRTY electric filing tool and didn't even say sorry just tried to keep going with me gushing blood. I immediately got up and left. I will never go back and will continue to let everyone I know that gets nails to avoid this salon. I hope state board shuts you down. read more

My cousin, her mother, a co worker and I went here for a "girls spa day" I set the appointment a day earlier for 11AM. Our party arrived at 10:50 the day of After waiting in the front for 10 minutes I was directed to a seat near the back for my pedicure. The other women in our group were already seated and were receiving their service. After waiting with my feet in luke warm water for nearly 20 minutes the technician finally started the pedicure at 11:35! Had I not been with the group I would have walked out. The technician then rushed through my service so that our group could be finished and leave together. My nails were not completely dry when one of the technicians came over and forced my sandal on scraping my newly done toes! My nails are too thick and have like a "goopy" appearance. The color I picked out is not what I ended up with. While it is the same number as the one I selected, it is clearly a darker shade. I tried to clarify before she put it on my nails, but she made me feel crazy. I thought maybe it would look lighter on the nail - it does not. In the end, I put my finished nail next to the one on the wheel that it was "supposed" to be. I showed her that my nail is darker/brighter than the muted one I asked for. She responded that the sample wheel is kept on a table in the front window, so the sun can fade the colors on the wheel. I said that the color on my nails is not what I wanted ~ and I wanted the one I selected on the wheel. She simply laughed. So now i am stuck with ugly nails for a couple weeks and out $60. Obviously I will not be going back there. They are rude and don't care whether or not you are pleased with the final product. read more

I was a walk-in and, because I didn't have an appointment, I had to wait for a bit. That was no problem because it told me that others liked this place enough to make an appointment in advance AND because I got to wait while soaking my feet, enjoying the chair massage, and having a glass of wine. I got a deluxe pedicure that included a relaxing lavender massage, and a basic manicure (just getting my bare nails cleaned up a bit to take care of ratty cuticles and the like) with no polish.
