There were a lot of seatings available inside the shop, and also outside on the 'patio' (sidewalk of the streets). We ordered a Fury Road Ice cream sundae, Biscoff Ice Cream, and an Iced Latte with Oat milk. The ice cream and sundae were super delicious, with the perfect amount of sweetness. I've only had Biscoff once before, so this was definitely a unique and fun taste. As for the sundae, it was packed with brownie bits and chocolate sauce, making it rich and creamy. I had never heard of it, but apparently they're an established chain. The store is large, bright and cheery. The smell hooks you immediately. It's basically a gourmet doughnut holes shop, with plenty of fancy coffees and cold beverages to accompany. I wanna say, think Tim's crossed with Starbucks, with the emphasis on the Puffs. The puffs are made to order, with so many flavours to choose from. You can purchase half dozen, dozen, and up, and mix the flavours for each half dozen. We bought a combo box of Oreo and Nutella. You can watch the staff preparing the dough in the kitchen, and while they add your toppings at the counter. Idk if they somehow learned about it being a birthday visit, or this is usual, but we got a baker's dozen. I'll take that puff instead of a cherry on top for sure, because they were delicious. They are on the sweet side. Our drinks were also on the sweet side but delicious. The coffee is freshly ground on order and everything tasted fresh. We both opted for coffee based cold drinks but they have slushees, fruity and I think some tea options. The coffee was nice and strong without tasting bitter. The seating was a little odd, cute little stools in line with the honeycomb decor as opposed to chairs. The space felt really open, like your conversation can be heard all around. It was clean and very spacious. The staff on our visit were great. I would definitely return if it were closer to me, and I will totally check out other locations.

The strawberries were maybe a little too tart and the white chocolate sauce got way too hard, but otherwise it's a solid concoction. The strawberry ice cream is the highlight, as it's creamy and packed with strawberry flavor. I also quite enjoyed the fresh-tasting cone, and the bites with strawberry and cone were extremely satisfying. The service was friendly and efficient, too. I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected to, simply because I'm not big on sweets. The cake is light and spongey and absorbs the leche/milk very nicely, and makes the entire cake very moist. Vastly different in texture to other cakes that rely more on cream and icing to balance the sponge cake. I found this cake lighter and a really unique flavour/texture. It's sweet with flavour that has depth (not just by using more sugar/syrup) and the hints of milk, strawberries, cream, etc all mesh really well. Glad to have stumbled across a new fave and I'll definitely be back to try the rest of their offerings.
