They made no announcements prior to me and another young lady were in there shopping and come to find out. They didn't have any registers unless you had cash. I call back later cause the young lady told me that she would hold the merchandise and they said that the register still weren't up now I just called before closing and they said they put stuff back and they weren't holding stuff which I think it's a very big inconvenience and very rude considering they said that they would hold in and put my name on the merchandise now I have to go in there and spend another two hours. Hopefully the items will be there after I get out of work tomorrow

This is the worst Dollar Tree in Santa Maria. The store is an old Grocery Outlet store and has…read morenever been remodeled or updated in any way. The aisles are narrow and frequently packed with boxes both empty and full. It feels as though there are never enough people working and those who do have their hands full of customers who couldn't care less about the store or what their children do when in the store. Packages are opened, sodas half drunk and left on shelves, stuff thrown everywhere, kids playing ball in the aisles. Really? Where are their parents? It should not be the total responsibility of the staff to control unruly youngsters. Perhaps a rule of thumb"nobody under the age of 18 admitted without a parent" should be applied. Very sad.

I've been shopping here for t-shirts + sweaters since high school. This store has not changed one bit! I appreciate their consistency and minimal offerings. I know that when I plan to go visit young's, they'll have exactly what I'm looking for and I'll be appreciated as a long time customer. My only recommendation to the store would be to offer other athleisure options such as running shorts, compression pants, leggings.. etc. Items which are trending now from brands like Nike, Lulu, Asics. I'm sure it'll expand their clientele! But other than that, they're perfect! Thanks young's!
