I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and outstanding service provided by A Heart's…read moreDesire throughout my wedding experience. From bridal dress shopping to tuxedo rentals and even dress preservation after the wedding, they truly are a one-stop shop for all your bridal needs. After my wedding, I was able to drop off my dress for cleaning and preservation, which saved me the hassle of finding another company that offered those services at a reasonable price. The convenience and quality of service were exceptional. Crystal was incredibly kind and helpful while assisting me in finding my wedding reception dress. She made the experience enjoyable, and I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. Her husband was equally amazing when it came to my groom's tuxedo rental. Due to travel complications and flight delays, we were worried about getting everything completed on time. They went above and beyond by staying open later than normal so my husband could come in for his fitting, ensuring the tuxedo was ready for our out-of-town wedding. Their dedication to their customers truly exceeded our expectations. The prices are very reasonable, the customer service is outstanding, and the fact that they can help preserve your dress after the event makes them even more special. I highly recommend A Heart's Desire to anyone looking for a bridal gown, tuxedo rental, or dress preservation services. They made our wedding experience stress-free and memorable from start to finish.

The lady at the front desk has no respect for people, when my dad found out that the mask that they sold him was not the right one (did not fit for his CPAP) and was not supposed to be for sell we asked for a refund. They acted careless and refused to refund all his money. The price of the mask was $100 and after Michelle (yelling at us) said that they had a non return policy on any of their products, they ended up refunding only $75. This is not right.. I also LOVE giving businesses a clean slate and a shot myself when Yelp reviews seem to be a bit unfair or hypercritical. I am GLAD that I did. The owners here were patient and gracious with their time, showing me the three levels of NFL jerseys up close and personal. They let me try them on and I was able to get the right jersey in the right size, without the wait of shipping AND with the pleasure of keeping it local. I walked out with an Elite Raiders jersey 89 and a smile. With over 20 years in this business, the owners have put in a long time and know their inventory. With the mall adding more stores and football gearing up, I hope they continue to receive more traffic and business. Great option for us herein SM!

However, I'm giving a one-star rating due to their severely overpriced retro games and consoles. I understand the overhead costs, repairs, and testing required to ensure products work, but most items are marked up at least 20% higher than other local game stores. I came in specifically looking to support local business by buying a PSP-3001, but they wanted $220 for just the console and charger. For comparison, I found a bundled PSP on eBay with preloaded games for $180. There are plenty of other retro game stores in the area with much fairer, more competitive pricing. Even standard retailers like GameStop offer better deals along with 1 to 2 year extended warranties. Great atmosphere, but the prices are hard to justify.
