She LAUGHED and said "oh that's okay, maybe next time". Then we told some people behind us and the girl working gave us dirty looks. Beyond that, toppings were stale, bottles of sauce were broken, messy, and leaking. We've been and left because they closed earlier than posted hours, or were out of most of the flavors, but this is just beyond ridiculous. Do better.

There is a reward system also where you can give them a phone number and earn free or discounted ice cream. The only thing I don't like is the tables are hardly ever clean. When I get home the cake ice cream is extremely melted (something I've never experienced with the prior 5 years worth of cakes approximately 5 cakes) not only is it melted but the ice cream is very strawberry not strawberry cheesecake. This particular store has really gone down the tubes and I won't ever be purchasing from them again.
