It ended up being absolutely delicious (flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care). Even through delivery, the overall experience felt thoughtful and accommodating. The communication was kind and solution-oriented, and the food arrived well-packaged and hot. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me, especially since I had my heart set on ordering from them and wasn't sure how to make it work otherwise. Great customer service!
