This is the location Eva Longoria worked when she was younger. The store is getting a freshen up inside, so atmosphere wouldn't get thumbs up, but I'm not going to knock them for it either. The cashier took our order, read it back to us very clearly and thanked us and gave us our order number. We walked over to get napkins and ketchup, and before we were done, our order number was called out. Truly fast food! The burgers were good, the fries were good, we were happy! One star they got rid of the sweet-and-sour sauce to replace it with some new fancy sauce and I think it's the worst thing that Wendy's has ever done and they changed the bunch of the burgers, horrible really don't recommend. Wendy on Ayers you suck !! They asked me in the drive thru would you like a cookie and I said yes the oatmeal cookie. Get my food and look in the bag . No cookie so I go inside I tell the white girl over the counter that you forgot my cookie . She said oh so sorry I look at the display of the cookies . So disappointed because I wanted an oatmeal cookie she said oh that granola bar I was like so you don't have oatmeal cookie? No it's a granola and I said I'm just get me the chocolate chip cookie then it's all the same price. She replied back will the granola bar is cheaper . I laughed and left . My son and I went to have their Breakfast. The young lady who was working drive thru was very polite and very professional! Our order was the breakfast Baconator meal, it was so fresh! Worse service ever! Did not take my order right. Ordered me what they wanted i guess i dont know, i kept telling the lady over and over and she still had it wrong when i got to the window. Had so much attitude trying to correct it with apparently another lady after she said it rudely. When I finally get my order I should get 4 bags came with 3 when i asked why she rolled her eyes and went back inside came back with my other bag "oh it was inside" no sorry nothing after rolling her eyes to me. The cashier at this location sucked. She was inexperienced...very unprofessional. I ordered a baconator double meat...just the sandwich. I received a classic single meat (how it comes). Turns out, she charged me incorrectly....I was really pissed off when she refused to correct it and told me what I ordered. She said I ordered the classic...when I kept insisting I did not. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! Waited over 25 minutes for cold food?! The girl at the front place my order incorrectly and charges me wrong. She tells me, " I'll just have them fix it in the back only 20 minutes later when I asked her to make sure she did... she didn't!!! She tells me " oh... ugh I'm stressed. Hold on" Are you serious I've been holding on for over 20 minutes already!
