The service was fast and super friendly -- the staff made me feel welcome as soon as I walked up. You can tell they really care about getting your order just right. And of course, the ice cream was amazing!! exactly what you'd hope for on a hot day (or honestly, any day). Definitely one of my favorite DQ locations. Highly recommend stopping by! read more

I usually spend a lot of money at this location when it's open during the summer, but I will never go back and will recommend that none of my friends go back either. I was waiting in line, the next in line to be served, when a middle aged woman came up with a man and stood immediately to my left. She starts talking with her acquaintance, asking what some items on the menu were. She then stepped in front of me to apparently look at the other menus, when the people in front finished up. She jumped up to the counter to say "hi honey" to the girl working. I say excuse me, I was next. This older woman proceeds to say that no, she was next, she was here for ages. And that she "owns the place". I said, if you own the place why are you cutting in front of customers? She very melodramatically said I could go first instead and then proceeded to mock me. When I placed my order, she repeated what I said in a mock-baby-talk voice and was going on about how ridiculous I was. When it came to pay, she insisted on paying for me but I refused. I said I did not want her money. She rudely told me to tip the girl, which I already had. I called later and apparently this woman is not the owner, but the owner's sister. She should be ashamed of cutting in front of paying customers and should find someone else to take out her bad day's on. The employees who work at this place are usually kind and great at customer service, but if this is how the owner and her family treat people who keep them in business, I'm never returning. If I could rate this a zero based on her actions I would. read more

The Dairy Queen that I grew up with has abdicated her throne and has gone into exile! The soft serve that I savored many years ago has given way to a extremely low butterfat content poor relation. Dilly Bars, Buster Bars, DQ ice sandwiches, and the like have passed through a magic shrinking machine. The only thing that has not stayed the same are the prices. They have increased exponentially. I got sick as a dog yesterday 30 mins after eating. It was soft vanilla ice cream blizzard.

The worst 7 dollar blizzard I ever had it was supposed to be peanut butter cups with vanilla ice cream it was ice cream with a smidge of peanut butter cup extremely disappointing. I'll stick to a cone. read more

If I had a choice it would be zero stars!!! What I experienced tonite I WILL NEVER go back!! I've been taking my girls there atleast twice a week so they definitely lost a good customer I drive about 30 mins to this location to be talked to like crap! There was 3 windows open one girl blonde hair a lot of freckles and young Chinese boy and a girl with a hat brown hair she was the only one who was nice I waited a long time got to the window ordered a blizzard with peanut butter and cookie dough then ordered my kids and my husband when I sat down and tasted it she had forgot the pbutter so my husband was nice to stand in line to get it fixed she would not help us made us get to the back of the line the time we got to the window my husbands ice cream was completely melted (was thrown in the trash) I didn't ask for a new blizzard I just asked them to put it on top she said she couldn't I need to pay for a new one when she is the one who messed my order up I asked her to put it on the side then she tried to charge me I refused to pay again for a mistake she did !! I had told her they should replace my husband I paid 5.00 for and if complete trash well the Chinese kid came to the window was completely rude going on how there not responsible for what comes out the machine which made no sense that they also aren't responsible for fixing orders that leave the window the other girl in the hat was nice and apologize for how rude her employees were I asked for the boss he wasn't there they refused to give me his number or name slammed the window on me so here I paid almost 20 for basically two cones for my girls cause me and my husband didn't have any thing !!! It was ridiculous and I will never go back after some others things they said to me you don't treat customers like this and to argue with me how they aren't fixing there mistake that I'm beat !! read more
