Ordered breakfast and because I was stuck in traffic, I wasn't able to pickup my order before 11AM. I asked for my order to be cancelled, but the cashier said they couldn't cancel it and asked me to pull up to the first window. The manager came to the window and started to blame me... When asked about the refund, she said it would just come off. No help here at all. When I started to ask more about why, she belligerently told me "IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU THINK." With that I told her she is disgusting and her reply was "Oh wow." So folks just remember it doesn't matter what you think just do as your told. Never will my family or I ever patronize the Somers Point NJ McDonald's. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal (or work) with someone like this. read more

My brother went in. Ordered Two double cheeseburgers (extra pickles extra onions) Big Mac meal Along with a crispy sandwich meal The fries were cold. The drinks were watered down. And they forgot the two double cheese burgers and never handed my brother a receipt when I called to talk to a manager he responded with attitude and asked if the receipt was in the bag. When you pay with card they hand you a receipt back with your card and one was not given one. Very displease with this McDonald's especially later in the evening because there very forgetful. It's not hard to make an order for a customer how they ask to have it made. Someone get a hand on the situation because this is horrible. read more

Slow service compared to standard McDonald service. A rather small menu of options available for regular burger orders. And overall burger composition was pretty bad; my lettuce looked like a shriveled single piece of lettuce. Some positives that gives it 2 stars instead of 1: the staff are friendly and patient, and the store is relatively clean. read more

I'm pregnant.... and It wasn't the long line that bothered me. What bothered me is that after after construction this McDonalds opened and decided to not put a sign blocking the second drive through lane staying the speaker didn't work. When you pulled up and said something they said you had to go back around and order in line with the working speaker.... with a line that had cars WRAPPED around the entire building. NO THANKS lol so unorganized. read more

Can't really complain, I mean it's a McDonalds what do you really expect right? The only thing I really can complain about is the speediness of the restaurant. They had 1 person on cash register and he was pretty slow. A decently long line was building up and you can see him with his back turned towards the kitchen versus taking care of the line. He was a nice kid, nothing wrong with that, but he was just slow paced. The service in general was decent, nothing bad and the cleanliness of the whole area was good as well. The menu did seem to have very little choices on it itself, but then again if you pretty much pick the popular items (example: big mac, clubhouse etc.) then you should be fine. The burger itself was alright, nothing fantastic, it was room temperature by the time we got home, but I'm not sure if that was due to the drive home or if they didn't cook it hot enough. read more

Went here on St Patrick's Day. Drive-thru was insane! We got out and then went inside. We waited for about 15 minutes for a cashier and then finally a cashier. Was this a joke? Someone who was chewing gum and smacking her lips. "What do you want?" - great way to greet a customer! No smile or anything. Just pure rudeness. This is the closest chain to me and it's the only option. But, at least the food was a lot more enjoyable than other fast food places. Overall, not the best visit to this location. They could have done better and had more staff on hand for the busy day. read more

I ordered 2 breakfast meals that comes with two hash browns. So when I got to the 2nd window, I decided that a I wanted an extra hash brown. I asked the light skinned/or spanish female for it and she hands me one and says "don't worry about it". I don't agree with the "hook ups" but was in a rush and just said thank you. After going on with my morning, I realized that she shorted us a hash brown anyways! So if I didn't ask for the extra one, my order would not have actually been correct...NEVER going back to that one. That kinda turned me off to all of them.... read more

Went here at 9:20 A.M. We bought two mcmuffin; when I went to open one up we noticed that both McMuffins were burnt. I called them I asked to speak to manager. The lady on phone said, this is the manager. I told her that the McMuffins they gave us was burnt. She said, you could bring them back and we'll give you new ones. I was already half way home so I told her it was okay, I just wanted her to let who ever is cooking them know they're burning them. She said, I was the one who cooked them and they weren't burnt! I guess the saying, "Customer is always right" doesn't apply to her. A very good sign that pride is more important than a customers disapprova of an item they bought off menu. This is pretty much your average McDonald's. It is clean inside and the food is exactly what you should expect. The staff is friendly, but if you go during peak hours the drive-through can be a mess especially in the summer. read more

Not a fan of this particular Mc. Donald's, for a multitude of reasons, the most frustrating of which is their breakfast menu and service. I had ordered a bacon egg and cheese Mc. Griddle, only to open my bag and find a cheese sausage and egg biscuit. This has literally happened on multiple occasions, you could probably ask the employees how many times they screw up breakfast orders a day and get a surprising answer.
