Both were good, although I think the vanilla with chocolate bits, Kit Kat, Maltese's and something else I can't remember beat the peanut butter chocolate with its add-ins by a hair. Ice cream really does solve everything.

Lillian's Place reminded me a lot of the ice cream shop I used to work at growing up. Very local / family vibe. They have a lot of your basics such as soft serve, hand-dipped ice cream, and milkshakes, but also have creative additions to the menu like seasonal sundaes. The menu is huge! I went for a chocolate-vanilla twist milkshake and it really hit the spot. It was super smooth & creamy without being too sweet. They also accommodated my request of no syrup in the shake. Next time we are visiting our friend in this area, I definitely want to stop by again!

Our family of 4 (+dog)…read morestopped here on a Wednesday night during a cross-country road trip, and we all left feeling happy and satisfied. The food was good, the ice cream was better. I had a footlong chili cheese dog and some popcorn shrimp, which were fried nicely. Our family also liked the spinach salad with bacon and fresh berries, the patty melt, the meatball hoagie, and the macaroni bites. The 5-scoop sampler of 5 "mini" scoops was VERY generous in portion size--definitely could be shared among 2+ people. As an avid ice cream afficianado, I was a little sad I couldn't finish it all by myself, but the flavors I chose were all excellent. The dog liked his Grizz sundae too. The staff were all very friendly and polite. The wait time for the food was reasonable, and our order was correct. At the moment, they are only serving food + ice cream during the weekdays, and closing is 8pm. On weekends they only serve ice cream. There is outdoor seating, and they also have a drive-through. We were the only ones there for dinner around 7:30, but we did see 3-4 cars using the drive-through while we were there. One thing that is pretty unique here, which I think might be a regional thing, is an ice cream flavor called Teaberry. It tastes a bit like one of those after-dinner soft pillow mints--very bizarre, but worth a taste!

Well, here I am at work waiting to get my trailer loaded, so I decided, why not use Uber Eats to…read moreget myself some ice cream? Luckily, the ice cream was from a local place. I was so excited to get this ice cream in Pennsylvania. My mouth started watering as if someone took a delicious peach pumpkin pie and set it right in front of my face--where I could smell all the peachy pumpkin and the crust, and feel the oozing heat coming right off of it. So that's the reason why I decided to get peach ice cream. Well, anyway, I ate two bites of this ice cream, and I suddenly got a headache. Now, this was no normal headache. I can definitely tell this was from the food now because this has happened to me a few times before. I know 100% it's the food. I don't recommend this ice cream based on the flavor, the feel, and of course, the headache that it gave me like a nagging wife--that's why I don't have one--or a husband who doesn't do anything, just complains all day, and watches football on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. But I hope my review helps you pick where to get your ice cream next. If you like my reviews, check out my YouTube channel @brandenleebutler
