What she should have done was respectful asked me to either move up or if I could pull over and they would run it out to me I understand they have times that they have to get people through duh I work there I know and I don't think this girl believe me when I said I'm texting the district manager there's a reason I keep phone numbers and I've never once complained to this man about an employee until today and I texted him at 6:30 this morning and you better believe I am calling corporate at 9:00 a.m. because that girl will not be working there much longer I don't care and if they have her working there I'll keep calling corporate because someone like her should not be working there she needs to be more apologetic and listen when you are at the drive-thru and you make your order and you tell them you want it burnt so that means burn it obviously if you're saying you want it extremely well done you're going to take the order the way they give it to you especially when you order it four times out of the week at the same store to be honest I want my money back for my entire order and I don't want an apology from her because why I get an apology from somebody who wouldn't mean it in the first place she should not have been rude and disrespectful like she was. So don't apologize because your boss tells you to you should have never have acted that way in the first place. Maybe you need to send her to hospitality School. All my years never came across unemployed this rude ever.
