I live about 15-20 minutes away from this Dairy Queen, but they have some of the best frozen treats in the area, so I'm not afraid to take the drive to Conshohocken. I've come here a couple of times and I tend to use the drive-through. They have a small indoor section for ordering, but there really is nowhere to eat inside. So don't expect the iconic glass ceiling and dining room you might see at some Dairy Queens. I tend to get either a blizzard or a soft-serve ice cream that is chocolate dipped when he here. The soft-serve ice cream is absolutely delicious. It has a nice, sweet vanilla flavor and the ice cream itself is thick and creamy. Speaking of thick, the blizzards at Dairy Queen can be flipped upside-down without falling out of the cup because they are so thick. When I was last here, I got the frosted animal cookie blizzard, which had tons of frosted animal cookie chunks in it! It was sweet and delicious. The service at the drive-through is always quick and easy. There's generally a long line because this is a popular Dairy Queen, but I've never had to wait more than the 2-3 minutes to get my ice cream. As a result of this Dairy Queen being on the smaller size, they do not have a full menu with items such as chicken tenders. They do have two or three tables including one with an umbrella overhead, which are good spots for enjoying your frozen treat! There are also of plenty of parking spots where you can park and enjoy your ice cream. Have been going to this dairy queen for many years and don't think I have ever had a bad experience. Depending on the day and time that you go you may be dealing with a handful of unorganized teenagers running the joint but passed that is no problem! It's a small little takeout joint, with only outdoor seating, but on a warm summers night (or cool spring afternoon) that is just enough! At my most recent visit I tried the new Churros dipped cone which is probably a new favorite! If you are a cinnamon toast crunch fan, it tastes just like a bowl of cereal! Hubby tried the triple truffle blizzard, but I don't think he will be getting it again. Wasn't bad, but didn't quite tame the blizzard craving he had. read more

Always great service , I always use the drive thru even when the line is crazy long, this location does get busy. They go fairly quickly and the wait isn't as long as expected. I have never had a problem with an order - great blizzards and their soft serve is awesome ! Definitely recommend this location. read more

This is by far the best Dairy Queen. It is consistently amazing and everyone is always satisfied when they leave. I have two closer Dairy Queen's to my house that do not even compare to this location. They are very quick and accommodating. I only wish they'd accept coupons but they are not a participating location. read more

Their blizzards are a cup of $6 dollar soft serve. They NEVER put enough of the Ingredient's in. Such a rip off at this location.

I visited this DQ for the first time last week. I went around 5pm and they were out of their new "Orange Julius" which was heavily advertised in and outside of the shop. My alternative was a soft vanilla cone with orange dip. I thought it was cool that they had orange dip, though the dip was not great. I really love flavored dips, so maybe I am just a little picky about them...who knows. Their soft serve vanilla was very good though! Service was pretty quick and there is some available outdoor seating. I am excited to go back to try the Orange Julius. read more

This Dairy Queen is worth the trip. I am a connoisseur when it comes to Dairy Queen ice cream... And this place has the "mix" right just the right! The density and creaminess is always wonderful ! Other Dairy Queens have cheap "fluffy" (bad mix ratio I think) ice cream that is not nearly as satisfying. They are efficient, very clean, and it's always a pleasure to come here, and the best part, they have a drive-through!!! I guess the other reviewer's issue should be with the DQ website, but this place isn't so bad. It's a Dairy Queen... The thing to know before going is that after a certain time of the evening, I'm going to say about 9, 9:30 (but it could be later), they only allow drive-thru orders. This is probably for the safety of the workers (although, we're talking Conshy...so...I dunno). Whenever I've been, and it's always been during drive-thru only hours, they never give us lids. Ever. With anything. I usually get an Oreo Brownie Earthquake (so good) and J usually gets a Blizzard. Neither comes with a lid. But, you can't eat inside and I'm not about to just sit in the parking lot and eat. So, we drive home with two melting ice creams that have no lids. GIVE ME A LID. That's one of those things at the drive-thru that I shouldn't have to request. read more

Growing up, and living in, NYC for the majority of my life I have not had a Dairy Queen in my vicinity since I was a kid. Since I have been in Pennsylvania I have been able to enjoy their ice cream on a regular basis. This DQ in particular is a quaint and delicious experience. It has a small town feel in a big town suburban area. I am sure I will visit many more times. read more

I usually get a cone or a triple chocolate utopia. Today I decided to try something new and get the hot fudge milk shake. What they gave me was about medium thickened glorified chocolate milk. Awesome! Haven't been to DQ since I moved out of conshy. Was craving ice cream tonight and a blizzard was the only thing that could hit the spot. This DQ has a drive through which is awesome, it wasn't too packed which is nice. Wish the menu was posted around the building as sometimes the wait can be long but who doesn't have a smartphone to look it up? I got a new royal New York cheesecake blizzard and it was freaking incredible. First it has a ton of big chunks of cheesecake squares mixed in. Like a lot! No skimpy one or two bites but like 15-20 pieces (in a small!!) the strawberry inside the middle was a nice treat and all in all, this is my new go to flavor. My wife got the pecan turtle blizzard always a classic favorite. It's funny we were talking about why all the pictures are the blizzard upside down and the guy actually turned them upside down before handing them to us, turns out if they fall out they're free.
