We were so surprised to find many amazing gluten free options in a small town, too. The owner is super friendly and has such a kind heart! She makes the bread herself. The only disappointment is that it's a 4-hour drive from me. I'd be in there all the time if not! Even cooler was that a car show was happening right behind the cafe, in the midst of long rows of old derricks. We thoroughly enjoyed the town, but this cafe was just the best.

I stopped in during the seasonal flavor changeover, so they were running low on a few options. The server told me they were restocking the new flavors the next day. I was hoping to try the vanilla lavender, but I'll have to save that for another visit. Instead, I went with the butter pecan crunch, which the server said is their best-selling flavor. It had a rich, creamy texture, though I thought it could have used a little more flavor. The richness was just on the edge of being a bit too heavy, but it was still a good scoop of ice cream. As I was leaving, a large family was enjoying ice cream together, and it reinforced the feeling that this is a neighborhood spot locals genuinely support. I always enjoy finding local ice cream shops when I travel, and Wild Honey is worth a stop if you're in downtown Longview.

ALL of the ice cream had already been put away and we were told they have "deep cleaning". Why would deep cleaning be performed during customer service hours? Either change your hours that you're open on your site or get employees that actually promote your company instead of run people off.

It took them 30 min to make 2 milkshakes and they still got it wrong. No manager on duty and employees who don't care and walk out in the middle of their shift is bad business.
