Upon arriving at Culver's, my meal was sitting on top of the heat shelf. The cashier tried to give me the forgotten fish dinner that had been sitting on the heat shelf for over thirty minutes. I declined for I didn't want cold fish. I had them remake me the dinner. This Culver's location has had poor service over the past year, yet there are not many options for take out in our area. Every time we try Culver's, something is wrong. This trip will probably be my last. I have had to drive back to the restaurant three times in the past year to have my meal corrected. Lastly, my wife waited for 25 minutes with only three people in the drive thru line. How could this get so screwed up especially when my wife asked the server if the fish was in the bag. The server said yes.

My family and I were very busy and decided to doordash Jimmy John's, and the results were disappointing. My paper wrapping my sandwich had a big hole in it which is pretty disgusting. They were obtuse and wouldn't listen, refused to ascertain the difficulty, interrupted, then cast accusations on my demeanor. I suggested that communication was the problem and I would talk first and then she could have a turn to respond. (I just put in an order, I don't want the mayo) They could not answer a clear direct question or request, could not remedy a problem they refused to determine and hung up on me. When I called back the other individual said no manager was present and told me he didn't want me coming there. Where do they get people with no customer service skills at all. It's not personal. It's a business transaction and I don't want mayo. The on-line app was ridiculous, and the 'contact us' link led to a chat bot that again was ridiculous. Obtuse and incompetent at a very basic level. The managers hadn't done anything about it yet! So each person that came in that got ice I mentioned it to them and they just poured it out and got a drink out of the cooler.! But what happens when I'm not there people don't always look at their ice I just happen to look because I didn't want too much. I will be looking at my ice from now on wherever I go now because of them. I hated to even write this because I go in there often but now I'm concerned if they aren't concerned about that when they're fully aware of it what other things are they letting go?
