My wife ordered me a two piece cod dinner through the drive thru. Upon arriving home from a business trip, after sitting down to enjoy my meal, there was not a cod dinner waiting for me . Upon arriving at Culver's, my meal was sitting on top of the heat shelf. The cashier tried to give me the forgotten fish dinner that had been sitting on the heat shelf for over thirty minutes. I declined for I didn't want cold fish. I had them remake me the dinner. This Culver's location has had poor service over the past year, yet there are not many options for take out in our area. Every time we try Culver's, something is wrong. This trip will probably be my last. I have had to drive back to the restaurant three times in the past year to have my meal corrected. Lastly, my wife waited for 25 minutes with only three people in the drive thru line. How could this get so screwed up especially when my wife asked the server if the fish was in the bag. Arrived 10 minutes after it opened and the bathroom was filthy. Ordered 2 piece cod and was brought 6 piece shrimp. Apparently they were out of cod but the person taking the order was unaware. Seems the system should have told them. Strong odor of old fryer grease filled the restaurant. read more

They do a great job of keeping things allergen friendly- staff has been great. They mess up my order occasionally but I get a lot for my kids so it's ok. What appalls me the most is the lack of cleanliness inside the restaurant. The floor is absolutely repulsive- the carpet hasn't been cleaned in years it's so black. Culver's needs to rip up the carpet and stick with tile everywhere that can be mopped - although the last time we were there the tile and tables were gross also so not sure how much cleaning they do anyway. Please clean yourselves up, Culver's!! Makes me question the state of the kitchen!! I can't eat inside there anymore. read more

I do DoorDash from Culver's all the time, and i can attest that their employee Ryan is an amazing customer service rep! He treats everyone in line so kindly and enthusiastically. They always take forever. Doesn't matter how busy it is, you're going to wait a long time for your food. I ordered one icecream and waited at the window for 10 min before they even opened the window and took my payment. Also, if you order a gluten free bun they will 100% mess up your order. It used to be a good restaurant. The last several times we've been so disappointed I'm certain we will not be returning a few trips ago. We waited an extended period time finally went outside and said we were waiting for Order. They said oh we're sorry we gave it to the wrong people, and we forgot to make the correction. Eventually somebody came out and gave us food. We drove away, and when we realized we had children's fun meals, we returned and said these are not our meals we paid for they said oh boy they took the food back from us. How do I pull up to the side and Perk after a long period of time? They brought out our order and told us how sorry they were. They were understaffed and they had fired some people and the new ones are still learning. I understand these things can happen. We were not upset about it, but we were crunched for time by now, but then we realized only half of our order was in the bag we gave up when The Man came out with our messed up order this last time he handed us a little blue card. This was in the beginning of November. I don't know the exact date right now he said we feel so terrible and we'd like to try to make it right bring this card back for a free meal in the future. I asked him when it expires. He said just bring it back anytime. I'm so embarrassed and I feel so bad that we messed up repeatedly on your order. It's the least I could do I think him and we went on our way. Well it's only been a few weeks or so and we went in yesterday we ordered and we went to use the little blue card. The young lady at the window told us no way we don't take these anymore and the man that sign that card is no longer with us and we will not honour it. Well, I've heard everything now. We did leave. So usually everything is good and the people there are nice but if you are a person who likes more condiments then you should make sure that you ask because the don't put much. They were understaffed, so their service was more understandable, and the food was very good, but we were dining in and it took a full half hour to get our food. The drive through is faster of course, since the majority of their staff seem to be focusing on that, but it's still quite slow, and I wouldn't recommend curbside pickup either since the first time I did it it was quite confusing and took longer than the drive through, so was ultimately a waste of time. However, if you do have the time, their food (especially the chicken noodle soup, soft serve ice cream and malts, the fries, and the cheese curds according to our group) is very good and always a great treat! read more

I am very familiar with the Culver's brand and enjoy visiting regularly to various locations. Upon arriving here, the staff didn't greet us. The order process was fine. Looking for a seat, a table sat half cleaned, with no staff nearby, just the rag and cleaning bottle. There were two of us. My son's burger came out exactly as ordered but no sides and no trace of my dinner. The server ran off with our number without asking if the order was complete despite our attempts to get her attention as she walked away at a brisk pace. Figuring the food would be up we sat for a few minutes watching the burger cool. With no movement we approached the counter asking if our order was done. Without giving us an answer she assumed our order was on the counter so she completed it. As she started to bring it to us I told her our number and she noted that it wasn't ours and delivered it elsewhere. So we waited assuming she got the message. Finally I approached the counter for the third time asking if our food was done showing her our ticket. She re-entered the order giving us a new number and a few minutes later a nice fresh dinner showed up. It was late on a Sunday and they did give us coupons for sundaes but the manager here really needs to take charge and get this location in order. read more

Thin, greasy burger patties with edges that sag downward to create an illusion of a thick burger patty. That's why a single is so cheap and a triple looks like a "meaty thick burger". Hardee's blows these burgers out of the water. The custard is good but that shouldn't be the main attraction at a burger joint. An iHop would have been a better use of the building. read more
