Walked in around 10:30ish, the bartender working at night was attentive, smiling , and very approachable. I ordered a blue moon (could've been colder) but still delicious . She gave me a menu and let me look through it without rushing me as they closed at 11pm she still let me take my time Food : 1/2 barbecue chicken was phenomenal!!!!!!' Chicken cooked so perfectly! Tasty ! : red skin mashed potatoes were insanely delicious! Soft , and just done to perfection! : Dave's Mac and cheese , it was different...great different. Not your generic Mac and cheese you taste but Dave's Mac and cheese has a twist ! I'll let you try it out ! Thank you again for providing outstanding service , fast , and such DELICIOUS FOOD! When I come back to Williston North Dakota , I wil be a repeat customer for life ! Thank you again .

The ribs were tough and chewy. I put them in the crock pot hoping to fix them before my guest come to eat tonight. The chicken was dry and had no flavor. It was all over priced even for BBQ and even for ND. I would not recommend this place for nothing. I spend almost 80 dollar for garbage. very disappointed and will never go back. Cole slaw was ok but who can screw that up !!???

Culver's is an attractive restaurant highlighted with bright blue awnings…read more Culver's excels at frozen custard, but not so much with other food items. Oh, service is notably extra friendly here. I know that concrete custard has been around a while, but I had my first experience with it at Culver's. I ordered the vanilla concrete custard mixer. They have a couple dozen toppings you can add to your mixer, though I just got mine with cookie dough bits. I loved it! Yay to concrete custard! I ordered the Butter Burger Cheese. It was okay, but I didn't like that they used iceberg lettuce and the cheese on the burger wasn't melted. The fish sandwich was probably the best thing we ordered, even if the fish portion wasn't the biggest. The onion rings were soggy and limp. Also the beer-batter flavor was a flop making the onion rings sour. The crinkle-cut fries really weren't much better. They had a sort of a nasty crispy texture. I'd stick to the frozen custard at Culver's.

I get my food and I pull to the side to double check my order. It was a double cheese burger with bacon. I'm already starving at the point so I have my boyfriend go in and ask for the correct order. I get it and open it, and it's just sitting on a pile of shredded lettuce and it looked absolutely unappetizing and it smelled like beef. I'm already pretty lived and hangry and this point so I give it a bite and it's disgusting. It was the worst beyond burger at a fast food joint I've ever had. I will not be coming back.

Came in with relatively low expectations only to be pleasantly surprised. We were seated…read moreimmediately and it was pretty dang busy. We ordered the giant pizza pretzel immediately & opted to wait to see just how big it was before choosing a meal. Well, it's "no meal needed even when sharing" big. In the words of my hubby, "this should come with a warning" - pro tip: add the cheese sauce along with the marinara. Yes, it costs extra & totally worth it. It's a soft bread-style pretzel, not the traditional style. Think traditional peperoni pizza shaped like a pretzel. It's tasty! Now, I've seen complaints about no house brews. There were 3 house brews on tap when we were in. I will say you had to look for it on the menu. It wasn't in your face visible on the menu. The hubs tried 2 and said they were ok. I had the Summit Oatmeal Stout and it was deliciously creamy. Stuffed beyond reason, we still ordered the pretzel bread pudding with ice-cream. I was already tapped out and this was another giant serving. He gave it his all but it was another DNF. All in all, service & the food were good & the house beer decent. While the prices seemed high, the portions were huge, making the price per pound reasonable, imo. On exit, the sofa in the den-style seating area caught my eye. I told the hubs to offer them $3k for it... upon reflecting, I'd bump up to $5k - swoon!
