I don't know about other days as Zaxby's has been our best option for Sunday lunch for many years. Their sanitation grade has been great every time we have been. I always look for a grade in the high 90's -100 on each visit. I do wish the grade was posted on the door - as of now, it is posted behind the counter- in plain view. But in the time I stood and watched their staff walk around and take that long to prep a salad I could go to the grocery store that I drove by to get there and buy my own salad fixings and do it cheaper.
