My roast beef sandwich was huge, fresh, and delicious especially since this time I was able to dunk it in their flavorful au jus sauce. That combination is clearly the best in our area. I did get extra mayo. So my order was perfect. Nothing was missing. The gingerbread muffins taste exactly like my grandmother's recipe. They were delicious. Their bowl of tomato soup was also on point in terms of flavor and this time I got plenty of crackers. Two pack of crackers, is their norm, so on my first visit, I was given the correct amount of crackers. I just didn't know that was the norm. If you want an amazing roast beef sandwich... this is the place... that pickle spear really sets it off. This was a great lunch.

When my gps set me up for this restaurant I thought what the heck I'm on my way. I will never be back , I ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy had come spot .. not warm COLD. I had cheesy grits and some shredded cheese melted on grits IS NOT cheesy , it's a lazy version.apparently my biscuits came with eggs and the server never asked how I like them and of course they came , not my way , so I never touched them. When I'm here for work I will. Never go to bossier city but only to Shreveport from now on for my Sunday morning meal.

Not sure why customers need to be seated that close together. Our waitress arrived about three minutes later and took our drink order. Drinks came out in about five minutes. She then said she'd "be right back," but it took another ten minutes before she returned to take our food order. We ordered nachos as an appetizer along with wings and burger and fries. The appetizer took about ten minutes, and when it arrived, the waitress apologized that the rest of our food wasn't ready yet. That comment didn't make much sense because appetizers aren't supposed to come out with the main course. It actually seemed like she had been holding the nachos until the entrées were almost ready because they weren't as hot as they should have been. Less than five minutes later, our burger and fries arrived. Nachos are a . Burger and fries cook that made my burger use the ends of an onion for my burger. That was not good. Must use the center of an onion and cut it to where they are nice big rings at least 2 or 3 rings of onion. Pickles the same. See the pictures. You'll see what I'm talking about. Wings and fries where awesomely crispy . The restaurant had three servers on the floor, but after our food was delivered, our waitress disappeared. It was close to 30 minutes before we saw her again. She apologized and said she had been busy with back-of-the-house duties. By then we were finished eating, so we asked for the check and a soda to go since I never received a refill. The food was the highlight. Except the nachos. Tasted like something I can do myself at home. The wings were excellent, and the burger and fries were very good. Unfortunately, the customer service and cleanliness took away from the experience. Our table felt sticky, the floor around us was dirty, and service was slow and inattentive throughout the meal. Food: 4/5 Customer Service: 1/5 Cleanliness: 1/5 Would I stop again? For the burger, fries, and wings, yes. But the service and cleanliness need significant improvement before I'd consider it a great dining experience.
