Quality has been on the up lately at this location. I appreciate the speedy service and accuracy. After saying no to lunch items for awhile I was happily surprised by a delicious bacon burger. I love DQ. I only come here for the ice cream and love the dipped cones. My mom was requested a DQ cake for her birthday. I had no idea if I could get one at this location, but sure enough they sell ice cream cakes. I ordered one and picked it up a few days later. The staff working the counter were helpful and made sure the order was correct. The cake was chocolate and vanilla ice cream with a crunchy middle layer. Such a great cake and I will order another one in the future. They do sell cakes that are pre made or you can special order them. You do have to go in. I tried calling and no one answered and I couldn't order it online. But my mom was so excited for her cake. It was delicious. read more

Worst service! Never have Ice Cream and the blizzard are almost always runny! Can't turn upside down

The cashier was super nice and confident, and they handed us our blizzards as we received our receipt at the same time, but the blizzards came out as ice cream soup. Completely melted and not fresh at all, and all the flavors just tasted the same like brownie flavor, not even the mint flavor tasted like mint, just brownie. The burger tasted rubbery and chewy. We think they just handed us someone else's old orders that have been sitting out since it was close to closing time perhaps. Pretty disappointed with our experience, but the cashier Kate was great, nice, outgoing, and fun. read more

25 minutes after ordering, we got two melted blizzards, but no food yet. (Mind you this was at 3pm, not lunch or dinner rush) 35 minutes after ordering we finally got our food and all of it was cold, and we got the wrong burger. I asked for new fries and to remake one of the blizzards, which they did. But we cut our losses with the rest. The employees were nice and obviously under staffed, but I will not put myself through it again. I'd love to say we caught them on a bad day but this has happened 2x before. Sit down restaurants get food out faster than this location! read more

I went to Dairy Queen tonight with my family, I ordered ahead on the app and my family and I walked there, the app told me the estimated time for my food to be served to me was 6:59 and as we know those times can be off... by the time I got my food it was 7:30. My family was the only ones waiting inside and there was 4 people in back, the lack of urgency was insane! By the time I got my food and starting to eat my burger was ice cold the meat was cold the bread was cold! So after waiting for my food an extra 30 minutes it was ice cold. My brother and I went here on Saturday around 2:45 pm, there were a couple cars ahead of us but we were able to order right away at the drive thru. My brother got the Flamethrower stackable burger and I got the A1 stackable burger and large fries. I don't feel like we waited too long for our food, I used a buy one get one for $1 coupon for them so it was fairly cheap. We both got the doubles instead of triple patties which was plenty for me. They were big burgers stacked and looked awesome and not squished down since they were in a box. My only real complaint is that they put my A1 sauce on my brother's flamethrower burger and his flamethrower spicy nacho cheese on my burger as you can see the bright orange sauce in the picture... I was pretty disappointed with that since I didn't want spicy on my burger, I wanted the savory bbq sauce. I also I wish the large fry was bigger but we were able to split it and share a little bit with the kids. read more

I like this location inside Ridley's Grocery Store. It's fun to get a treat once and a while with my kids while we shop. I just wish they were quicker. More often than not, I've watched the same young employee take orders AND deliver food. I watched my food sit under a heat lamp for about 7 mins before asking them to hand it to me, done and all, just sitting there. Luckily, the food was fresh and the tastes great. The blizzards are by far a classic favorite! What a joy to have a Dairy Queen in our neighborhood. PS They also have a drive thru on the side of the building! read more

Eagle mountain has a diary queen. Yea.. We have not had anything but good experiences here. The staff is very friendly at the drive thru. My grandkids love for nana to but them a treat here. The kids meals are great and I love the diary queen app with has different deals every week. read more

I would give this Dairy Queen zero stars if I could. 1) The service was terrible it took my husband 1 hour to get his food when there were only 4 cars ahead of him. 2) The food tasted and smelled awful. I like the flavor of their burgers and their location is very convenient. Unfortunately, even if eaten only 5 minutes or less after leaving the drive-thru, the burger patties are never hot. Last date night my husband and I were sad to find our burgers cold after a ten minute drive home. I ate there again today for a late lunch and even though I literally parked in front of Ridley's to eat, my burger patty was barely warm. I used to eat lunch at DQ all the time when I lived in Idaho and I would have to eat my ice cream first just to give my meal a chance to cool down. I miss that! I hope this location improves their ability to serve hot entrées. Also, as mentioned by others, this location appears to be permanently short-staffed. Took a total of 20 minutes from when I joined the drive-thru line to when I received my food. These long wait times may be a major reason for the lukewarm food. read more

Just waited nearly 40 minutes in the drive through with only 1 car in front of me - definitely would have left if there wasn't someone behind me. They forgot to give me my drink, both of my 6 piece chicken strip baskets only ended up having 4 strips each and they didn't put the sauces in the boxes that I asked for. I used to come here frequently just for the blizzards. Several times a month, all times of the year. The last five times I went my wife and I were disappointed with the blizzards. I didn't make any reviews because I was really hopeful they were bad days and optimistic the quality would improve. Silly me.. They were always melted and never seemed to be up to par to what they were even six months ago. Not sure if there was a staffing change or management issue but the quality is just not there anymore. Unless reassured by management that some process has changed, I am not going to return even though I live a five minute walk down the street. I am sure if DQ does not improve quality it will lose substantial business over the next year or so as more competition comes in the area. I love, love, love me some DQ! I was so thrilled when this location opened. Living in west Lehi, I used to need to drive down to Orem/Vineyard or up to Sandy to get my fix. Not any more. If you've ever been to a DQ, you know what to expect... and this location is no different. If you're a DQ fan, make sure you download the DQ app onto your smart phone! This will give you special discounts and offers, making your stops here more affordable and more satisfying. Once nice thing about this location is Ridley's "Thunder Lounge" dining area upstairs. Grab your DQ, then head on up and relax while you casually enjoy your meal. Nobody will rush you, so you can take your time and savor your Blizzard... or dipped cone... or whatever. The service here has always been good. Many food items are cooked to order, so you may need to wait a few minutes for your food. I have no problem with this, and I would hope it doesn't bother you, either. If you're in a real hurry, they do have a drive-thru window here (though I've never used it). Super yummy pick-me-up and they were pretty quick since we ordered three blizzards and regular fries. Both tasted great! However...kind of expensive. For three blizzards are regular fries I paid around $13 dollars which I guess is okay, but still a little pricey for me. And the fries, very small for a regular fry. This is the worst DQ I've ever been too. Every time it's a 10 minute wait at the speaker to order. The blizzards/ice cream are always milky. Today was no exception we ordered and they came out milky with no blizzard flip. When we asked if we flip this would it all fall out? The guy looks at us with shame knowing they aren't quality and then decides to smart off and says I bet it falls out of the cup holder first. Shuts the window not willing to make a blizzard the way they're advised or meant to be. Spend the extra time and drive to Orem. read more

I live super close, so we have gone here quite a bit. Never had any problems besides the long wait when they are busy. I won't fault it for that since every restaurant is short staffed at the moment. The normal vanilla ice cream cone is amazing! It is the only fast food ice cream cone that is good, it's actually thick. But one time I went and got a shake, when I got it, it was half melted. That was at another location across the state though. Gone a few times and the service is the worst. We ordered 2 blizzards and the came out 10 minutes apart and we were the only ones there. They don't list all ingredients in their blizzards either. Peanuts is not something you forget to list. My child is allergic, that was a fun night.
