I deducted a star because the were out of Diet Dr Pepper and napkins in the self serve forcing everyone to get back in line and ask for things. My crispy onion burger was delicious. I feel it was better than the in and out burger and Wendy's burger I recently tried. My husband had the spicy double and he liked it but still prefers in and out. Our fries were hot and crispy. If I could I would give this place 0 STARS. I went to go get ice cream on Friday. On my way in I saw a big sign that said now open late but I went through the driv-thru and waited a good 3 minutes of silence after repeatedly saying hello to get their attention. From there I decided to go inside and see if maybe the couldn't hear. But no the inside was locked. So I went back through the drive--thru and said hello after seeing someone else pull up. The order was a no go so I went to the window of the drive-thru and honked since I saw one of the workers wearing airpods and the other didn't have any in. Visiting Cheyenne and looking for a quick familiar meal? Do not go here. I arrived 20 minutes before close and im aware this is late but no excuse for rude service. I was ignored at the drive thru speaker and then ignored at the window. Employees had seen me waiting to speak to someone and they immediately put their heads down. Finally someone talked to me telling me that they had closed early because they were "short staffed". Sitting at that window watching people ignore me I had seen about 5 different faces. The business seems to be ran by teenagers with no adult supervision. I love the Dairy Queen food and their prices are very competitive. I usually eat here once a week. For a while their indoor dining was closed because they had a shortage of employees, but they appear to be back in business. Their burgers are delicious and their fries are okay. I especially love the flamin' burger and that's what I always order. They used to have packets of mustard and ketchup accessible to customers... now you have to ask for whatever condiments you want... which is a hassle if they don't give you enough the first time they ask. My family and I went in there today and stood in line for 45 minutes and finally got acknowledged and got our order taken. All we got was ice cream and it took them another 45 minutes to start bringing it out and only brought one or two out at a time. The manager couldn't even keep employees in check. This DQ really is the worst I've ever been to. I have never seen so many unhappy people working at an ice cream shop. There is no sense of urgency, acknowledgment of customers or care in the world. My daughter recently moved to Cheyenne and I we decided to get ice cream the other day and couldn't believe how terrible it was. It's in a bad location, especially for how busy it gets and how long people have to wait. Waiting in line for about 15 minutes we decided to pull into a parking spot and go in and wait because I felt bad with our car running and people sitting out on the patio eating ice cream. Once we got in, we were never acknowledged. Just workers casually going back-and-forth no one ever said welcome or we'll be right with you. We stood there for another 10 minutes and decided to leave and go to Baskin Robbins. Got there 30 minutes before they closed and pulled through the drive though and nobody answered even tho we seen staff in there. we pulled up to the window and seen at least 5 of them standing right there waited there at the window for 5 minutes before anyone came and we asked if they were still open, the guy told us no they were closing due to short staff. read more

This Dairy Queen is the only one in Cheyenne, and it struggles sometimes to meet the high customer demand during the summer, that being said there haven't been many times when I've had to wait too long to get what I want. The insides do tend to get dirty, but having worked in Fast Food, I do understand that and give them a bit of a pass. read more

if we could give a zero, we would my husband waited in line for 45 minutes when he finally got to the window the ladies were really rude to him they did not flip our blizzards upside down nor give us lids for them are side salads had zero croutons and we're only half full and some of our lettuce was what look like rotten or chili cheese dogs did not have any cheese on them and were cold and the chili was kind of burnt are french fries were cold by the time my husband got home as if they had our food ready, but couldn't get our blizzards done fast enough when my husband called the manager on shift he asked my husband if we requested lids for our blizzards. We have never been so disrespected or had such disgusting food from this location. I am very upset and couldn't eat any of my food. This is the only DQ we have in town and it stays busy all day, even more so in the summer. Went thru the drive thru was fast and efficient even during the lunch rush. I have been eating at this DQ since it was, about 1969.. I have always liked the various hamburgers they serve they have great onion rings and where else can you get a raspberry malt. The employees are industrious, cheerful, and they have never got my order wrong. Nice change from McD's. read more

Food is good. The service is so slow. Drive thru is even slower. At least 15 minutes to get to the window. Very small indoor dining area.

Girls working the counter were great but the guys in the back... oh my gosh. We went back up to get the fries they for got that we had paid for and the lady was very nice about it. But I could hear the guys in the back say rude things because THEY forgot to put our fries in the bag. As well as getting a cold burger and the sandwich that we asked for no sauce on with sauce.
