I'm not sure who's hiring the people working here or managing the cleanliness of the store but something's gotta change. I've never had a completely inedible blizzard. But this store managed to do it. I was waiting for my mobile order and heard the woman making the blizzards taking to the cashier saying she messed up Both of them. Someone else said it's good for now. I got my order but hoped for the best. Had to spit it out. Was made so incorrectly, and apparently a manager can't give a refund only offered to remake it? Why would I have the same person remake it when it was terrible? I'm obsessed with Dairy Queen and will never go back to this location! Super disappointing read more

Update, gave them another shot the next day the line was to the road. Tried to go in and I was told they didn't have enough staff to open the inside, place is a dumpster fire. read more

We stopped really quick to grab a quick lunch and they fed us hot and cold delicious food fast. I deducted a star because the were out of Diet Dr Pepper and napkins in the self serve forcing everyone to get back in line and ask for things. My crispy onion burger was delicious. I feel it was better than the in and out burger and Wendy's burger I recently tried. My husband had the spicy double and he liked it but still prefers in and out. Our fries were hot and crispy. His nog shake is creamy thick and delicious to the last and my unexpected free chocolate sundae was perfect. Very chocolatey sauce on it. read more

the chicken was over cook and gave us raw chicken n smelted ice cream never going there again. read more

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Raw chicken n smelted ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Cheyenne, Wyoming

If I could give -5 stars I would. I pulled into the drive through at 10:15 when their hours said open until 11:00. Was told to wait and then out of no where said they were closed. What a joke. read more

If I could I would give this place 0 STARS. I went to go get ice cream on Friday. On my way in I saw a big sign that said now open late but I went through the driv-thru and waited a good 3 minutes of silence after repeatedly saying hello to get their attention. From there I decided to go inside and see if maybe the couldn't hear. But no the inside was locked. So I went back through the drive--thru and said hello after seeing someone else pull up. The order was a no go so I went to the window of the drive-thru and honked since I saw one of the workers wearing airpods and the other didn't have any in. But after trying to get their attention 2 times we just left. I felt like they were purposely trying to ignore customers since it didn't close till 11. Definitely not going back... read more

Visiting Cheyenne and looking for a quick familiar meal? Do not go here. I arrived 20 minutes before close and im aware this is late but no excuse for rude service. I was ignored at the drive thru speaker and then ignored at the window. Employees had seen me waiting to speak to someone and they immediately put their heads down. Finally someone talked to me telling me that they had closed early because they were "short staffed". Sitting at that window watching people ignore me I had seen about 5 different faces. The business seems to be ran by teenagers with no adult supervision. Unfortunately this restaurant has a reoccurring pattern in their reviews, all one star, too bad we didn't check this beforehand. read more

It's your home town DQ ! Great Fast food, great service, always a long line ! The Ambiance is what you would expect from a DQ. Best Reese's peanut butter blizzards!! read more

The worst Dairy Queen I have ever been too. Disorganized, Slow, rude workers. Can't get orders right. They need an active floor manager and people that are not running around like headless chickens. Stood for over 45 mins in the lobby and watch chaos. Never got served. read more

I love the Dairy Queen food and their prices are very competitive. I usually eat here once a week. For a while their indoor dining was closed because they had a shortage of employees, but they appear to be back in business. Their burgers are delicious and their fries are okay. I especially love the flamin' burger and that's what I always order. They used to have packets of mustard and ketchup accessible to customers... now you have to ask for whatever condiments you want... which is a hassle if they don't give you enough the first time they ask. Even so, I regularly eat here and love the food. read more

Ruth (manager) is awesome she figured out a way to make me EXACTLY what I was craving, and I even had her make me a concoction of her own, it was WONDERFUL! Will go to THIS Dairy Queen again, just to get a "Ruth special!" Thanks again Ruth! read more

My family and I went in there today and stood in line for 45 minutes and finally got acknowledged and got our order taken. All we got was ice cream and it took them another 45 minutes to start bringing it out and only brought one or two out at a time. The manager couldn't even keep employees in check. An employee was cussing and the manager didn't take them in the office for discipline just did it in front of customers. read more

This DQ really is the worst I've ever been to. I have never seen so many unhappy people working at an ice cream shop. There is no sense of urgency, acknowledgment of customers or care in the world. My daughter recently moved to Cheyenne and I we decided to get ice cream the other day and couldn't believe how terrible it was. It's in a bad location, especially for how busy it gets and how long people have to wait. Waiting in line for about 15 minutes we decided to pull into a parking spot and go in and wait because I felt bad with our car running and people sitting out on the patio eating ice cream. Once we got in, we were never acknowledged. Just workers casually going back-and-forth no one ever said welcome or we'll be right with you. We stood there for another 10 minutes and decided to leave and go to Baskin Robbins. I don't know if it's upper management or the workers themselves, but nobody gives a crap at this restaurant and it shows. read more

Service was horrible employees were cussing left and right. Stood in line for 45 mins waiting to order. Management didn't take employee away from customer for disciplinary action. Management in general is absolutely horrible and needs to renew management there.! Other customers waiting 35 mins to a hour waiting on their food that wasn't even delivered. Employees were super rude. Gave my brother in law a broken cone for a medium vanilla ice cream cone. Employees also throw the utensils on the table instead of handing them. They need to work on ORGANIZATION, TEAM WORK, as well as COMMUNICATION. Orders have been getting wrong left and right, and chicken strips have been getting burnt to where it's near impossible to enjoy them. This is the worst DQ I've been to. Even drive thru is horrible as well you'll be sitting in drive thru for a good 30 mins before they get to you read more

Got there 30 minutes before they closed and pulled through the drive though and nobody answered even tho we seen staff in there. we pulled up to the window and seen at least 5 of them standing right there waited there at the window for 5 minutes before anyone came and we asked if they were still open, the guy told us no they were closing due to short staff. read more

Waited 20 minutes just for them to ask me which blizzard I wanted in the lobby then had to wait another 20 mins for it to be made

This Dairy Queen is the only one in Cheyenne, and it struggles sometimes to meet the high customer demand during the summer, that being said there haven't been many times when I've had to wait too long to get what I want. The insides do tend to get dirty, but having worked in Fast Food, I do understand that and give them a bit of a pass. read more

if we could give a zero, we would my husband waited in line for 45 minutes when he finally got to the window the ladies were really rude to him they did not flip our blizzards upside down nor give us lids for them are side salads had zero croutons and we're only half full and some of our lettuce was what look like rotten or chili cheese dogs did not have any cheese on them and were cold and the chili was kind of burnt are french fries were cold by the time my husband got home as if they had our food ready, but couldn't get our blizzards done fast enough when my husband called the manager on shift he asked my husband if we requested lids for our blizzards. We have never been so disrespected or had such disgusting food from this location. I am very upset and couldn't eat any of my food. My husband brought home because I am pregnant and didn't want nasty lettuce, cold fries or burnt chili dogs. read more

Serving good food and treats in our community for a long time. Always good to see owners on there working as well

This is the only DQ we have in town and it stays busy all day, even more so in the summer. Went thru the drive thru was fast and efficient even during the lunch rush. Food was hot and fresh and they always get the order right. Great value for you hard earned money. Staff was easy to understand over intercom and very friendly at the window. read more

I never ever leave a comment on any restaurant but I had to, because the service here is amazing. Staff here are so polite and helpful. Make the experience so much better, and it's a Dairy Queen!!!! Thank you for the great lunch. read more

I arrived DQ lobby open but it lobby closed only drive-thru. That embarrassing for drive-thru wait line. I want open lobby everyday. but no seat and to go it simple. I wish second store for DQ read more

Great service, great food. Always correct and give us everything we ask for as far as sauces and extras. Highly recommended.

It's good, but the location is the pits. I really do wish that there was one in downtown Cheyenne. It'd be great to walk around, shop, and have an ice cream. read more

This is one busy place! There's always a long line of cars in the drive thru. The food and ice cream are delicious! It's worth the wait.

Dairy queens seem to be in short supply. This one is also an Orange Julius. Every time I come in the employees are always working hard. The drive-thru is not always the fastest but its right. read more

kind of messy and dirty on the inside. food TASTES good but the next morning after i ate some i felt sick and threw up 2 times. service is ok not good not great but not horrible. overall it could be better but it could be worse. when i went through the drive through and got up to the window, one of the employees was sitting there on his phone and clearly not focused on his job. read more

I have been eating at this DQ since it was, about 1969.. I have always liked the various hamburgers they serve they have great onion rings and where else can you get a raspberry malt. The employees are industrious, cheerful, and they have never got my order wrong. Nice change from McD's. read more

Blizzard was great! However, bad experience with the food service. Chicken strips was not hot and tasted bitter as if they were made in old grease batch. We all got sick from it that night. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Stood there in front of the register waiting to order for over 15 minutes with a line behind us and did not get acknowledged once. All the workers where running around trying to take care of the drive thru when there were only a couple orders on the screen. No order and no care for customer service. read more

Food is good. The service is so slow. Drive thru is even slower. At least 15 minutes to get to the window. Very small indoor dining area.

Girls working the counter were great but the guys in the back... oh my gosh. We went back up to get the fries they for got that we had paid for and the lady was very nice about it. But I could hear the guys in the back say rude things because THEY forgot to put our fries in the bag. As well as getting a cold burger and the sandwich that we asked for no sauce on with sauce. We will not be returning. read more
