Driving through town, and my son has a peanut allergy. They went above and beyond here to accommodate us, a the Manager was amazing! I mentioned the allergy, but always try not to be a Karen about it. The manager went out of her way to make sure my dude's order was not in contact with peanuts. By far the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. If I could give this negative stats I would! Multiple workers and took 14 min to get a cherry dipped cone. The cone was so bad looking I refused it. Supposed to be a medium double dip and the cone looked like it had Ben to war. Not a solid coat of dip anywhere on the ice cream. It was all over the cone and falling apart. I refused the cone and asked for a refund. They asked for my change back so they could just give me my $20 back. They told me that is just how the cones look. They were rude when I said I did not want a melting destroyed cone. read more

Went today to get a couple of blizzards on our way home- got inside around 2:17 and placed our order- noticed a couple of other groups around that appeared to be just waiting on their order- at 2pm? anyway, after observing the other people around, they were getting irritated by the situation, so I knew this probably would not be good- the indian staff appeared to be very confused on how to make dessert (just noticing how they were doing things- very unorganized). After 20 min, we finally got our order (though they tried to give us someone else's order first. back in the car at 2:40 I would go there again... but if I saw any of the indian staff there, I would turn around immediately. Wish I could give them negative stars! Stopped by here yesterday on our way back home to KC. First, they were out of several different menu items. Then my daughter and I ordered blizzards and couldn't even eat them because the spoons smelled so much like cigarette smoke it ruined the entire blizzard. We had to pull over and throw them away because the car was starting to smell like cigarettes. As a non smoker this is the most disgusting experience ever!! STAY AWAY!!! read more

We ate here back in May and the service was ok. But just last week we returned while traveling and noticed lots of serious problems with this location. 1. There was the WORST smell EVER in the women's bathroom. My mom came out of there looking shocked and complaining about the smell. 2. The staff was very slow and did not wait on the front counter as fast as they did the drive through. The line got very long in the lobby and customers were starting to grumble before they finally finished making blizzards and waited on customers. 3. There was soda spilled over a chair, table and the floor when we arrived at 2pm. We told the clerks about it but they did nothing. 4. We told them twice to clean the lady's bathroom and empty the trash due to smell before they fixed it. The food was fine. The staff and service need serious changes. read more

This place has free ice cream on Wednesdays. I bought a Coke Zero here and they gave me a free ice cream cone.

Keep on looking for a place to eat! This place will Not go out of there way when you want to substitute mushrooms from fries. I told them I would pay the upcharge for them but they still refused! So we left and will NEVER go back to that place. Other Dairy Queens have NO problem charging an up charge even on their $5.00 buck deals. So if your smart go somewhere else! Went through the drivethru after church, our car had two separate orders. They weren't complicated. Three $6 double cheeseburger meals on one and a $5 hamburger meal and $6 chicken sandwich meal on the other. The girl at the window gave us our correct orders, but shorted us two sundaes. When we told her, she tried to charge us for two more sundaes (the meals include one small sundae). She then tried to say that the meals we ordered didn't come with sundaes despite everyone else receiving one. After that, she said that she had put in the wrong order despite us showing her the receipt. After she argued about it for a few minutes back and forth, we asked her what needed to be done to get what we ordered. She finally said, "To be honest I just need to give you two more sundaes" and went to get them and we left. The food was as expected for the price. Nothing spectacular. Next time I want DQ I definitely won't be stopping at this location. read more

The young staff seemed to be decent at their work - there are so many items at a full brazier DQ that I'm not surprised to read the other review on here. Still, I have to say that my small cone and my mother's small cone were clearly different sizes. Now,not every cone is going to have the signature curl on top (I used to work there -takes awhile to get the hang of it) but you've gotta at least make sure both small cones sold to a pair of people are the same size. Very busy tonight. Air conditioner was not working, short staffed it seemed, chicken strips were really crunchy like they had been in the window too long, lots of dirty tables but the restrooms were by far almost the worst! Toilets move when you sit on them in women's, floor was sticky, toilets almost overflowed in men's but instead leaked from the bottom and out of paper towels. However, thier chocolate ice cream was delicious as was the salted caramel blondie blizzard. Definately needs some work done to the staff and building. read more

Very unclean place. But not only did I observe a roach crawl across the floor. But I also found 1 in my burger. What a complete waste of 6 dollars. The young staff had no clue what to do about it. This place needs shut down. Do not eat there. read more

Why is it all dairy queens seem like they are in major meltdown anytime a customer is in the store, we came here for dinner and the cashier had trouble working the register and some of our food was wrong. We obviously wasn't the only one because they were averaging remaking something on every ticket..... To bad cause I use to really like dairy queen when I was a kid. read more

We ordered food and blizzards. Our blizzards landed on the tray 1 minute after the order but sat there melting because our food still was not ready 10 minutes later. When I told the teenage staff that I would not take the melting ice cream they did offer to remake it however they made multiple excuses for our food taking a total of fifteen minutes to come up. We were the only customers in the place. Yes, they had a line in the drive through but you can't ignore your in store clientele. Then they talked loudly about us while we sat eating our food. read more
