Ok it's a DQ. I am commenting due to the uneven experience. My husband loves ice cream of any kind, including soft serve. First day in our travels he had a hot fudge Sunday. He said it was great! Two days later, we stopped in so he could have a cone. It was VERY SOFT, almost melted. He said the flavor was good but the ice cream was way too soft! Ordered a Hamburger Combo and a single cheese burger. They skipped our order. Almost an hour later (they were so slow) people who ordered after us got their food. The last two Friday I have come close to they closing time the quality be bad.I always order chicken strip basket and they are cold and the chicken old. They forget to give recipes so when trying to call they don't answer cause they are closed. Took 20 minutes for us to get our order. One of the girls in there was wearing a crop top. The entire time they were standing around and talking and not acknowledging us. They had a line around the building and not a care in the world that it's taking them 20+ minutes to make 2 burgers, 2 blizzards, and some fries. read more

Staff stole my money and always gave me the wrong food. I don't have very much to say besides I had $5-10 dollars in change, staff put it in their pocket and refused to give it back. Every time we went there we have been given the wrong order or it was missing food. Most of the staff are very rude teenagers. Just drive to Farmington or Aztec, their staff it more friendly and competent. read more

The place is clean. The people behind the counter are always helpful and happy. The food is good. What else can you ask for. The blizzards they make are spot on too! Yummmm keep in mind, Dairy Queen's usually take a little longer to make their food than other fast food chains, so worth it. The food and drink were good. The employees were friendly and courteous. My gripe was with the cleanliness. The trash inside and outside was overflowing, The tables had trash on them, they hadn't been wiped down in a while. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped either. Our team member that helped us at the drive thru was named Andrew, and he was awesome. He took really good care of us, and was very courteous and friendly.
