Absolutely terrible. The classic melt sandwich was tiny and the bread was up toasted. Worse was the fish sandwich, as the fish was so overcooked that it was almost black and was so greasy and salty that it was inedible. I will never, ever go back. read more

The person working the drive through was horribly rude. She would hardly let me talk to get my order. Apparently she didn't allow herself to listen and comprehend what I wanted very well because my grilled chicken salad came out with no chicken. So then I had to go back to correct my order. The lady working drive through was even more rude then she was the first time. The wait time was ridiculous to begin with, so then we had to go back and wait another 15 minutes just for a chicken patty. If I could give it zero I would. Bought breakfast there today, left, went to work and when I went to put cream in my coffee there wasn't any. This might seem not a big deal, but it is a big deal, just like a billion times they leave, food, dressing etc out of the bag. What made it even worse is that when I called to tell them, the girl that answered the phone that could barely speak English told me it is MY JOB to check the bag before I leave!! REALLY!! Should I serve myself too??? This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. We need a McDonald's in this town and put them out of business. read more

I wanted to punish my health so I went to Burger King. Order my sandwich and am told to drive around and they will bring it out to me... there's nobody in line behind me. The absolute worst.... I walked in to use the restroom (not a very sanitary restroom) and then ordered my food a minute later. My husband and I ordered two meals to-go inside, and waited by the soda machine... The place was nearly empty except for 3 people that ordered ahead of us. After standing for 5 mins I decided to wait in my truck, and left my husband inside to wait for our order... TWENTY MORE MINUTES GOES BY... of me just sitting in my truck wondering what is taking so long.. I can see my husband in the window just standing inside waiting.. Finally after 30 mins my husband walks out with the food.. no explanation other than the staff has no idea what they're doing. If you have all day to wait around, then stop by this establishment. But if you're on the road and looking for a quick stop, KEEP DRIVING. I can't imagine how long we'd wait for our food if just a couple more people were ahead of us... read more

Worst experience ever! Two panhandlers were seated at the first table just inside the door, and they accosted us as we entered. We conplained to the girl at the register, and she said they're "always here" and didn't do anything about them. We placed our orders and when we received our food (more than 30 minutes later, although we were tge only customers in the place), two of our three orders were wrong! When we brought this to the girl's attention, she became very aggressive and uncooperative. A different employee finally corrected our orders. Throughout our meal, the panhandlers continued to harrass us, but the staff did nothing. This restaurant has major problems. Stay away! read more

I sat at the speaker where the employees would take my order from the drive thru area, waited about 5 minutes and someone finally got to me. And there was no polite greeting, no apology for waiting, only "go ahead and order". I ignored it and began to order what I wanted, I asked for two of the 10 piece nuggets, and a dollar tea. The person taking my order said they don't have a dollar tea. I responded back by saying "the 16 oz fountain drink, isn't that a dollar, something?" And the employee said "its a dollar Thirty nine and tax" and I was baffled by the rude and unprofessional way that this employee was speaking to me. I said yes that's what I would like. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I responded by telling her that I don't like the way she is rude, unprofessional and the attitude that she's giving me. She said that she doesn't have to take my order or service me. I pull up to the window and she comes to the window. I asked her if she was the one taking my order. She said yes. She was saying that people get confused on our dollar drinks and I said I know it's $1.39 but it's still a dollar. Same thing, still a dollar." I asked for her General Manager or Assistant General Manager and she identified herself as the Assistant General Manager. She refused to give me her name and I said okay, you identified yourself as Assistant General Manager, okay. I told her that I would be reporting her. And she said she wouldn't service me and shut the window in my face. I have never experienced this behavior from a restaurant, and this was the worst customer service that I've gotten. I will not be coming back to the store. I hope this lady gets demoted or retrained on how to properly work customer service and learn politeness and respect for your customers. read more

The worst I ever ate! I ordered a Mustard Jr. Whopper for my wife, a regular Whopper for me and a medium order of fries. To go. I get them home and both burgers are drowned in mayo, even the Mustard Whopper! The French fries and burgers were ice cold! read more

Food was good, workers friendly. My family of 4 all ordered veggie burgers so it was a little slow but that's not uncommon with veggie burgers at most BK. Each was made correctly with different toppings we requested. What's odd is you have to ASK for ketchup and ASK for napkins. Decently clean facilities and play area for little kids. read more
